Pros:

It was a motel at a hotel price. Very small room, uncomfortable sofa bed and tiny, dirty bathroom. Paid for breakfast to be included and found out at check in that it wouldn’t be the buffet. It was disappointing at best…toast and cereal. Wouldn’t book this place again.

Just a great location on the hill. I was on g to he city view side. I had the barramundi in the restaurant. And was the best I have had. Restaurant has a great view and good food

No hot water in room for shower 2nd night
Pros:

Hot water didn’t work in the room for the 2nd night which was disappointing and when checking out the young lady was
Very dismissive when advised.
Another consideration is to put stoppers on the inside of the room doors as with the high winds the front door rattled all night.

Mantra Bunbury is an excellent place to stay. It is very close to the lighthouse, the ocean, and the Rotary Tower. The Tower view is brilliant! Breakfast at the Mantra is great, with a nice ocean view.

Loved the view!
We reported a leak as a result of the storm on the weekend. The carpet inside the front sliding door was saturated. We were asked if we wanted to change rooms but were happy where we were. Connor at the desk said he would arrange for us to have a free breakfast on Sunday morning (which we were over the moon about). Sadly on coming home I see from my bank statement that I have been charged $64, presumably for the breakfast. The other disappointment was the spa buttons didn't work so no bubbles. Saturday the water felt warm but Sunday barely warm.

Pros:

Nice motel with a location in the CBD. Unfortunately the A/C system had ben out of service for some time - a temporary system was not working properly and we had to change rooms - the new room also had the same problem. The hotel needs to be updated to get a higher rating.
