Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del río, de la estación de tren y autobús y a 5 minutos andando del centro y la playa. La chica de la recepción super amable, nos permitió dejar el equipaje ya que llegamos muy pronto y en cuanto la habitación estaba lista nos mando un mensaje con todas las indicaciones. En cuanto a las habitaciones, superó bastante nuestras expectativas, amplia, moderna y sobre todo limpia.

Nada a mejorar, superó por completo mis expectativas.

I absolutely loved my stay at Colectia Hotel Urumea. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located close enough to enjoy the city, yet in a quiet area by the river. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were kind and welcoming, and everything felt fresh and well thought out. Excellent value for money and a great place to relax after exploring San Sebastián. Highly recommended
