Przyjemny hotel - nieprzyjemna obsługa
Pros:

Przyjemny hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji niedaleko starego miasta. Pokoje nieduże ale wystarczające i w miarę ciche (jeśli nie od ulicy)

Cons:

Personel nieuprzejmy i niegrzeczny. Mowa o pani z kolczykiem w nosie. Trzeba ją wysłać na szkolenie z relacji z klientami. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z sytuacją gdzie pani krzyczała na klienta.

Emplacement à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique

Cons:

Qualité de la chambre, odeurs fortes de remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bain qui empestaient toute la chambre. Sur 3 nuits la climatisation n’a fonctionné qu’une seule nuit et en période de canicule c’était insupportable, nous avions choisi cet hôtel justement parce que les chambres étaient climatisées.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Tout était bien: la propreté, la literie, la crème hydratante dans la salle d'eau. La place de parking d'accès facile est un vrai plus. L'emplacement de l'hôtel parfait, très accessible depuis l'autoroute, au calme, à seulement 15mn à pied du centre .Le rideau de la chambre bien occultant.

El hotel queda cerca del río y puedes ir caminando desde ahí a los lugares de interés

La habitación tenía vista a la calle por lo que estaba bastante iluminada, me gusto que aíslan el ruido y bastante silencioso el hotel

Sanitärbereich ist dringend Sanierungsbedürftig (sichtbarer Schimmel in den Fugen, Türschloss defekt, etc.).
Warum 13 EUR Check-In Gebühr zusätzlich angefordert wurden, war im Angebot Booking.com nicht ersichtlich.

Takes about 30 mins walk to the old town.
The room air-conditioning didn't seem to work.
