Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good since we are planning to visit the osulluc tea museum. It was just 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff appeared aloof, with no greeting or acknowledgment upon our arrival for check-in.

When we asked for assistance to dispose of a small paper bag (smaller than A4 size), we were simply directed outside to find a bin, without any effort to assist. We eventually had to dispose of it ourselves. This reflects a lack of basic service and hospitality.

Given this experience, a self check-in machine would likely provide a similar level of service.

While we understand this is a 3-star hotel, a basic level of courtesy and service should still be expected.

Good location, excellent Texas BBQ but not good breakfast
Pros:

Good location, near Osullok Tea Museum, Spirited garden and Camelia Hill Garden. Amazing Texas BBQ near reception, must try BBQ!

Cons:

Breakfast is not so good, there are no many choice for non-Korean tourists.
