The CU attached to the property is incredibly helpful so I wouldn't have to go far for a convenience store. Staff was very helpful, beds were great, the room was always promptly cleaned and restocked. Hotel front desk is English-friendly.
The hotel is a little out of the way, but it means quiet nights which I enjoyed. If you don't rent a vehicle, you will need to take the bus or uber to get to other locations.
We were in the area to visit friends so this hotel suited us perfectly. The room was huge with a lovely view of the surrounding area. Near a brewery with a tour and also green tea tour. We loved that they were flexible and helped us to check in a bit early, which made our travel plans so much easier!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The view was beautiful. There is a restaurant that's reasonably priced and a CU convenient store on the premises. The location is easily accessible by bus.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. This time we had a much larger room, which was wonderful! It was just as clean as before. The staff is attentive and helpful. The cleaning ladies are very nice. The CU convenience store in the lobby is a great bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the Texas style restaurant with nice people.

Everything was nice & clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and included a wardrobe closet, mini fridge, kettle, and 2 bottles of water each dayThe cleaning ladies were kind and accommodating. The island is rural for the most part, so we took a taxi every day, which was arranged for us by the front desk. The 24 hour CU convenience store in the lobby was a bonus so we didn’t have to take a taxi for snacks or drinks. There was breakfast downstairs at an additional cost, with of variety of foods. It was also convenient. If you book & pay 1 day or more in advance, it is 2000 won less. The BBQ restaurant next to the lobby had delicious Tex Mex food. The owners were very friendly.

The room was very spacious and clean.
Location was good since we are planning to visit the osulluc tea museum. It was just 10 mins walk from the hotel.
The service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff appeared aloof, with no greeting or acknowledgment upon our arrival for check-in.
When we asked for assistance to dispose of a small paper bag (smaller than A4 size), we were simply directed outside to find a bin, without any effort to assist. We eventually had to dispose of it ourselves. This reflects a lack of basic service and hospitality.
Given this experience, a self check-in machine would likely provide a similar level of service.
While we understand this is a 3-star hotel, a basic level of courtesy and service should still be expected.
