تم حجز بطاقة الهوية الى ان اخرج في اليوم التالي من الفندق وهذا التصرف ممنوع قانونيا .
وثانيا الساعة ١١ ضهرا بداو بأعمال الصيانة والتكسير والازعاج في الفندق بدون انذار مسبق

great location, near to the beach and marina mall.
Good restaurants and cafes by feet. Sultan center in the near.
Very helpful and friendly staff.

It was good, I liked the area around the hotel. The staff were always happy to serve us.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, with relatively stable Wifi, a working refrigerator, and some helpful staff members. The night/early morning shift receptionist speaks really good English and was willing and able to assist with issues such as finding my way around and ensuring that everything in the room was working properly. During the day the receptionist was not so pleasant, and really did not make much effort to speak any language except Arabic which, unfortunately, I still need to learn further to become more proficient. One big issue was noisy guests well into the night, and a lot of people were heavily smoking throughout the building, but that is not the hotel's fault.

It wasn't good.
They couldn't find my reservation I had to wait for them one hour at lobby
I felt it wasn't a normal hotel even though they have other branches..
Room isn't one of hotel, but like studio..
I endured this room because booked one day..but don't recommend more days booking
Recommend to save costs travelers!!!

جيدة نوعاً ما و نظيف و السرر مريحة و الإضاءة مقبولة و لكن لا تتوفر التحويلات الكهربائية و تعامل موظف الاستقبال كان هائا و لكن موظف الاستقبال أخذ تأميناً قده ألف ريال سعودي تم إرجاعه لاحقاً بعد عدة مطالبات و عندما طالبناه بتوفير غرفة مناسبة للتدخين كما تم الحجز قال إن كل الغرف مثل بعضها لايمكنك التدخين بها ، اذا كان مايقوله صحيحاً فلماذا يتوفر هذا الخيار في موقعكم؟!
و المدير غير متواجد دائما حسب كلام الموظف و كان الموظف يعطينا عدة مواعيد للقاء المدير و لكننا لم نره في أي منها ..مثلاً الحجز الالكتروني حسب كلام الموظف لا يستطيع التاكد منه الا المدير الغير متواجد و مبلغ التامين لابد من مقابلة المدير !! لكننا اخذنا مالنا بعد عدة مطالبات و حاول الموظف الاعتذار و تبرير ذلك لانه غير متاكد من حجزنا و ان امر طباعة الحجز بيد المدير الغائب فقط!!

The bed was not good , its so noisy and the air condition very noisy and hard to sleep

Staff doesn't care their guest.
Just the cheap hotel in Kuwait.

Sehr kleines Einzelzimmer! Sehr lauter Kühlschrank. Beim Kleiderschrank kam mir eine Türe entgegen gefallen.

The room i stayed was a shaft converted into a room. The AC unit sucked. Room was not clean at all including toilet.
Even though they said breakfast will be served but it had several conditions. Also it was not fresh.

الموقع متميز لكن لايوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف اليومية بالإضافة لعدم وجود safety box في الغرف دورة المياه بحاجة إلى صيانة

انه ليس بفندق هو شقق فندقية مفروشة ، الأفطار ليس بالمستوى الجيد ولم يكن بوفيه بل كان وجبة لكل شخص ، الأنترنت ضعيف جداً وأول يوم لايعمل ، لايوجد تنظيف للغرف بالمختصر الفندق مستوى نجمة واحدة فقط واجد عليه بعد

The hotel was very terrible. The service was Very terrible and the staff were not friendly at all.

No air conditioner control in the rooms .. Dirty toilet

Its not a nice option, however if you wana save money then its acceptable.
