Pros:

Localização em Kawazaki, próximo (900) a uma estação (Kawazaki Central) com bastante oferta de trens. Relativamente próximo do aeroporto de Haneda. Facilidade para entrar (código digitado na porta). Boas opções de mercadinhos (Seven Eleven e similares) nas redondezas e dois grandes shoppings na estação, como é usual no Japão. Preço baixo, mas que não vale o que oferece.

Cons:

Não ter funcionários no local após as 18h (pode-se solicitar a permanência de um no dia do check-in até à meia-noite). Exaustão forçada de ar estremamente barulhenta, banheiro todo em policarbonato e minúsculo, carpete gastos e mau-cheirosos, cheiro de cigarro impregnado dando a impressão de que a estadia é dentro de um cinzeiro. Quartos feios. Travesseiros de uma má-qualidade inacreditável.

Amazing location with good food and estabishments all around.
Pros:

You can pretty much find anything you need between the hotel and the nearest station (Kawasaki Station). Tons of good restaurants, supermarkets, big malls, and nearby convenience stores/drug stores.

Cons:

Since it's near the hospital, you can hear ambulance sirens quite often. It's also near nightlife establishments. I wouldn've consider it annoying. Just have to keep in mind,

価格どうりの感じ。
Pros:

1,長期滞在ように部屋に電子レンジがあり良い。
２．洗濯．乾燥機が安く台数も多かった。
３．近くにコンビニ等利便性がよい。

Cons:

１．部屋がたばこ臭臭かった。
２．1階エレベータのボタンカバーが壊れていて見えにくかった。

仕事で使用するには十分すぎました。
Pros:

周辺の飲食店やコンビニの豊富さに感謝しました
真横にコインパーキングがあり非常に助かりました。
ミニキッチンも長期滞在には有りかもですね。一人暮らし始めたばっかみたいな感じのお部屋でした。
有り難う御座いました。

朝食サービス等が無かったこと
注意喚起用紙にごみ処理方法が記載してありゴミ捨て場まで行くってこと？みたいなちょっと分かりにくく
分別には協力したがやるべきかどうか迷った。
消臭スプレー等が設置してあると尚良かったです。
