仕事で使用するには十分すぎました。
Pros:

周辺の飲食店やコンビニの豊富さに感謝しました
真横にコインパーキングがあり非常に助かりました。
ミニキッチンも長期滞在には有りかもですね。一人暮らし始めたばっかみたいな感じのお部屋でした。
有り難う御座いました。

Cons:

朝食サービス等が無かったこと
注意喚起用紙にごみ処理方法が記載してありゴミ捨て場まで行くってこと？みたいなちょっと分かりにくく
分別には協力したがやるべきかどうか迷った。
消臭スプレー等が設置してあると尚良かったです。

Reasonable option for longer, budget-friendly trip. Exactly what it says it is.
Pros:

15 minute walk from Kawasaki Train Station is great, with lots of food options en route.
Room was to be expected for a long stay option and most aspects were adequate, such as TV with at least one English channel, cooking facilities, and lighting.

Cons:

Initial smell of cigarette upon entry, but was to be expected from a room that wasn't designated smoke-free.
It passes quick enough.
Linen change weekly wasn't as bad as advertised, but still awkward.

Pros:

I like that the train station is close and walking distance, there is a close lawson and 7/11 very convenient.

Cons:

I don't like that our window view is a tall building, but we were out the whole day anyways, so it dies not affect my trip anyways
