El personal hablaba un inglés perfecto. Soy española pero como hace poco que estoy estudiando japonés, me ayudó mucho. También guardaron mis maletas desde las 9:00 a las 18:00 el mismo día del check-out sin coste extra. Fueron muy amables. Las instalaciones son limpias y elegantes. No tuve problemas con el tamaño de la habitación, pude abrir mi maleta mediana y mi maleta de cabina. La cama era firme y que hubiese diferentes almohadas fue perfecto porque pude elegir la de mi preferencia. La ventana se puede abrir con seguridad. Está cerca de la estación de Hamamatsucho y fui en Monorail al aeropuerto de Haneda en menos de media hora. Muchas gracias por todo. Recomendaré el hotel a mis amigos cuando viajen a Tokyo.

Pros:

部屋は清潔感がありスタッフの人が親切でした。1泊の予定でしたが2泊する事にしました。
窓から東京タワー🗼が見えて夜は綺麗でした。

Cons:

付近に飲食店が少なかったかな。
