The beds were ridiculously hard and the Pillows as well. The place wasn’t clean. Would not be staying here again. For $1600.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel principalmente per la posizione: vicino alla fermata della monorail per l’aeroporto di Haneda; circa 5 minuti dalla uscita nord della fermata della Yamanote e 10 circa dalla uscita sud, mentre la fermata della metro Daimon é sotto l’hotel. C’è un conbini praticamente sotto l’hotel e pur essendo una zona di “uffici” ci sono molti locali per la sera.
Nonostante avessimo scelto la stanza un po più grande era comunque “stretta”, ma comunque con un po di ingegno riuscivamo ad aprire le valigie a rotazione. La nostra finestra si poteva aprire leggermente e questo é stato un grande plus. Accetta la spedizione di valigie e fa spedizione di valigie per l’aeroporto.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e cortese. Pulito.

Cons:

La stanza é un po stretta ma è normale in Giappone; inoltre non è presente la lavanderia in hotel ma è opportunamente segnalato.

peit hôtel bien situé et très agréable
Pros:

la chambre est propre, fonctionnelle. Un peu petite mais nous sommes à Tokyo.
l'hôtel est proche de ma Tokyo tower, le métro est en face
plein d'endroits pour manger.
Un coiffeur de quartier très gentil m'a coupé les cheveux

All in all couldn’t have picked a better location to access everything we needed including catching the bullet train.
Pros:

Great location to catch the train from Hamamatsucho into Tokyo City (only 3 stops away) or opposite direction into Shibuya & Shinjuku

Cons:

No restaurant on site but many cafes within a short walk. Highly recommend Tullys near Hamamatsucho station for a great coffee

お布団に何かのシミ、ユニットバスにわずかですがカビがありました｡ユニットバスのカビはある程度古ければ仕方ないかと思いましたが、お布団のシミは帰り際に気づいたのですが、結構不快な気分になりました。
