スタッフの方は親切丁寧で好印象なのに、もったいない
Pros:

駐車場が確保できてすぐ隣に停められて良かった

Cons:

禁煙の部屋なのに、多少タバコの匂いがした
寝具も加齢臭で不快だった
バスタブの掃除がされていないようで、表面に汚れが付着していた

還不錯，交通很便利的地方，櫃台人員親切。

Very convenient located hotel with shops, restaurants and subway lines nearby. Would definetly stay again.
Pros:

Conveniently located not far from the subway lines. 2 Family mart's nearby too. It's clean and check in was easy. Free coffee in the lobby. Lots of shops/ restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Like alot of the hotels in Japan, it is small. But we already anticipated this so it's not a problem.

I would recommend this place to our family and friends.
Pros:

Loved the staff…excellent customer service. Very good English! Thank you for the free toiletry items. Thank you for allowing us to keep our luggages on premise while went visited Osaka for a couple of days before we came back. Convenient location to train stations and Family Mart. Walkable sites and restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms were much too small for our luggages. Wish we also had food to order on premise.
