リニューアルされてとても清潔感があります。
ロケーションもとてもいいです。
テレビもリニューアル前より大きくなり、サブスクも観れるようになったのでとても使いやすいです。

这次入住是我在日本体验过最差的一次，性价比极低，完全不值得这个价格。房间非常狭窄且有异味，整体环境令人不适，但这些我都勉强忍了。

真正让人无法接受的是早餐的服务。当天排队时，我是第一个到的一位客人，后面还有两组客人（4人和2人）。当有4人座位空出时，先安排4人组我可以理解，但随后竟然直接把排在我后面的2人组也安排进去，而完全无视我，没有任何解释和道歉。这种不公平且无礼的处理方式令人非常愤怒。

早餐内容同样令人失望，甚至连最基本的牛奶都没有，完全不像一家酒店应有的水平。更离谱的是，工作人员还跑去前台投诉客人，这一幕被我丈夫亲眼看到。这样的服务态度实在难以置信。

整体来说，无论是房间、早餐还是服务，都没有任何值得肯定的地方。这样的酒店完全不值得推荐，绝对不会再来。

今回の宿泊は、日本で経験した中でも最悪レベルのものでした。料金に対しての価値がまったく見合っておらず、部屋は非常に狭く、においも気になり、快適とは言えませんでしたが、それでも我慢していました。

しかし本当に許せなかったのは朝食時の対応です。私は1名で先頭に並んでいたにもかかわらず、4名グループだけでなく、その後ろに並んでいた2名グループまで先に案内されました。説明も謝罪も一切なく、非常に不公平で失礼な対応でした。

朝食の内容もひどく、ホテルの朝食とは思えないほど簡素で、牛乳すら用意されていませんでした。さらに、スタッフがフロントへ客について苦情を言いに行っていたところを夫が目撃しており、接客以前の問題だと感じました。

客室、朝食、サービスすべてにおいて満足できる点は一つもなく、この価格帯でこの内容は到底納得できません。二度と利用することはありませんし、他の方にもおすすめできません。

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in Japan. The value for money is extremely poor and does not justify the price at all. The room was very small and had an unpleasant smell. Although uncomfortable, I tried to tolerate these issues.

What was truly unacceptable was the breakfast service. I was the first person in line, waiting alone, with two groups behind me (one group of four and another of two). When a table for four became available, I understood seating the group of four first. However, the staff then seated the group of two behind me as well, completely ignoring me, with no explanation or apology. This was extremely unfair and disrespectful.

The breakfast itself was also very disappointing. There was not even basic milk available, which is unacceptable for a hotel breakfast. To make matters worse, a staff member went to the front desk to complain about a guest, which my husband personally witnessed. This level of service is simply unbelievable.

Overall, there was nothing satisfactory about the room, the breakfast, or the service. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

이번 숙박은 일본에서 경험한 호텔 중 최악의 수준이었습니다.

Cozy clean room. Good location as near to eateries and shopping. Staffs are friendly. There’s an automatic cash foreign exchange machine at the lobby for convenience if really out of yen. There’s free coffee and a self service laundry at ground floor.

Staff were really helpful . I have a package that arrived late and they assisted to send it via international.mail [with charges] to me. Really appreciate the service.
