I was told to take my own trash out and that if I wanted housekeeping it would be an additional charge . Felt that I already paid my hotel bill it should have come with it .

Pros:

急遽泊まりを決めてチェックインも21時過ぎと電話したところ気持ちよく対応してくださり、駐車場もわかりやすく教えてもらえました。
清掃面は他の方が書いている感じで玄関入ってすぐに大きなゴミが落ちていました。近くに食事できるお店もたくさんありとても便利です。
また、機会がありましたら利用したいです。

Pros:

ここもだいぶ老朽化しましたね。タオル交換が有料になっていました。ユニットバスも足は伸ばせませんが、食器・調理器具一式を備えたアパートなので、それがいいひとは選ぶといいでしょう。タワマン林立の武蔵小杉と違って、急行の停まらない新丸子は昔ながらの東急沿線の街。駅前(正しくは駅の下)の東急ストアは6時から24時まで開いているので、買い物には困らない。東急＝相鉄新横浜線の開業で、新横浜方面からは便利になりました。ただし、満室でなければ、直前に大幅に値段が下がるので、あまり早くから予約しても意味ありません。

ユニットバス付きの広々としたお部屋にフカフカのベッドや枕で快適に連泊寝泊まり出来ました。節約して狭いカプセルホテルなどに泊まるより断然オススメします。至近距離に24時間営業のファミマやすき家もあります。

施設自体は古くなってきていますが、商店街が近く、武蔵小杉も徒歩圏内なので、長期滞在に必要なものは何でも揃います。ただ、エレベーターの手前に段差があるので、大きな荷物を持っている時は注意です。

Pros:

2週間滞在したが、バスタオル・タオル・寝巻が２組しかなく、追加は有料だった。とても残念だった。
エアコンから煤のような黒いほこりが時々テーブルに散らばった。エアコンや配管周りが汚れていた。
