Ok hotel for one night near Disney parks
Pros:

The vicinity, walking distance to the Disney parks.

Cons:

Room and especially bathroom layout and dimension. We got a 3 king single beds' room sleeping in 4 people (one 11 year old kid was considered a child so no bed for him, which was a bit disappointing as when I book in other hotels specifying the age the system suggests rooms with for beds or 2 double beds). The bathroom was especially "interesting": the toilet was near the door and you could nearly touch the wall in front when sitting...No fan in the bathroom. No space for anything in the bathroom nor the luggage in the bedroom aside for maybe a small bag or a backpack... Considering that it was a room for 4 people it was a bit hard to fit ours. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Pros:

Great location to get to Disneyland and Disney Sea. Staff was super nice and helped us with all the queries. Room was not luxurious but good enough to rest, free coffee and water.

Cons:

Access to the rooms on the top floors is external so we would get a lot of wind between the elevator and the rooms. Other than the Disney locations there is not much around the hotel to do or see.

Overall a good stay, liked the convenience of being near to DisneySea and could see fireworks in the evening.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to Disney. Breakfast was great, nice variety.

Cons:

I thought it could use a redecoration. Old style setup, bathroom, etc.

It was fine for a short stay near DisneySea. Would look at other options next time.
Pros:

Beds comfy, bathroom clean, breakfast adequate.
Short walk to Disneysea.
Lawson store a short walk away.
A long walk to Maihama train station however.

Cons:

Shuttle bus between Maihama station and hotel was only a few times a day.
We stayed in room with 3 beds. Almost zero other space in room to move, for bags. Just to sleep it was fine.
Breakfast adequate, but zero Japanese options and average supposedly “Western” options. Given the hurry up at 932am as breakfast area closed at 930am. Food on buffet began to be removed at 9am.

The room was a bit outdated and it smelled like mildew. The shower curtain had mold spots also

Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がみなさんとても良かったです！
ベットをくっつける事を快く了承してくださいました。
バス送迎も良かったです。

Cons:

お部屋のトイレを流すレバーが壊れていて流すのが大変だったこと。
1階の共有多目的トイレのウォシュレットが使えなくて、そのままになっていたこと。
