もう少し清掃を頑張って欲しい、築年数で老朽化には勝てないが清掃はしっかり出来るはずなので。
Pros:

ディズニーシーから近くイクスピアリも徒歩圏内でアクセスが良かった、玄関と分けられてて過ごしやすかった、廊下からプロメテウス火山も見えてショーの音も微かに聞こえて非現実的な日常が味わえた

Cons:

天井に黒いシミがあった（雨漏りのようなカビっぽい）、トイレの少し見えない場所は掃除が行き届いていなくてホコリまみれ、お風呂のカビ、鏡の電気が壊れていてスタンドライトがあったが何も案内がなかった、

走路就能到迪士尼海洋，地理位置絕佳
Pros:

房間比市區有稍微大一些，房間內還有腳部按摩器~超級讚
撫慰了暴走好幾天的腳! 飯店有附免費咖啡、接駁車(往舞濱車站、迪士尼陸地/海洋)很方便
但是，若要很早前往迪士尼，就沒辦法配合接駁車的時間....
退房時，搭車到舞濱車站非常方便! 飯店人員也很親切~

Cons:

飯店有點老舊，不過整潔部分還算可以
房間的冰箱有點吵....

マンションがホテルになった感じですが、良かったです。

良い点がいっぱいなのに、残念な点も多くて、改善してほしいです

宿泊料金が近隣のホテルより安値でよかった
ディズニーランドから近くて便利
足のマッサージ、最高！！
シャワーヘッド、優しい肌当たりで心地よかった
フロントスタッフの方の接客が良く、笑顔も素敵でした

お部屋に入った瞬間、臭いが気になった
埃がすごすぎて気になった。お部屋が臭かったのは埃が原因？？？
隣の部屋のドアが閉まるとき、自分の部屋のドアが響く？誰かが間違えて部屋のドアをひねったのかと思うくらいの音が何度かして、ドキっとした
駐車場担当の方の対応が、あまりよろしくなかった

散歩がてらディズニーにいける

ランドに徒歩15分程
シーに徒歩10分程で行けましたので、アクセスがとても良かったです

部屋の入口がマンションみたいに外にあったのが少し驚きました
