価格が安いことが1番の魅力かな、と思います。
Pros:

部屋に電子レンジがあったのは良かった。
駅も割と近かった。
都営浅草線の中延駅だとホテルから近い。
キャリー持ってる方、エレベーター使いたいですよね。
ホテルから中延駅に向かうとき
A4番出口で降りて、A3の改札を通ると
ホームまでのエレベーターも使えます。

Konum olarak biraz uzak olsa da yakınında metro istasyonu olduğu için bir zorluğu yoktu ulaşım rahattı. Personeller yardımcıydı odalar eskiydi. Tokyo gibi bir şehirde tam fiyat performans diyebilirim.
