My 6 day stay
Pros:

Clean room with all basic items but no tea or coffee. No housekeeping, no trash disposal, no breakfast for the price charged. I've been to Tokyo many times and dollar for dollar, this place loses out.

最悪の宿泊施設でした。
Pros:

普通の設備はそろっていたが、バスタブが狭かった。

Cons:

宿泊費用に見合っていない施設設備でした。安価な施設であればそれなりに納得できるが、費用に見合っていない施設なので、まったく納得できません。
1.施設の場所がわからないので電話をかけて確認するも、フロントの方が不案内で雨の中で立ち往生させられました。
2.三階が最上階部屋の前廊下には屋根がないので、入口ドアを開錠するまで雨の中ずぶ濡れになってしまいました。
3.フロントが常駐していないので、確認したくてもできなかった。チェックインの来客が来てもフロントが不在なので困っていました。
4.エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを3階まで自ら運びました。
　施設設備について、とくに下調べをしなかったこちらのつ手落ちもありますが、すべてにおいてがっかりさせられました。

Pros:

アパートを改装した個室の宿泊施設でした。出入口はキー入力で宿泊者だけが通過できる形になっており、ドアはカードキーで安心です。室内設備も一通り揃っており、快適に過ごすことができました。最寄り駅までは10分ほど歩きましたが、通りは商店街でコンビニ、レストランもあり、便利に過ごせました。

Cons:

フロント窓口は18時で閉まるようで、20時到着時、電話での連絡、宿直のフロントが出てくるまで、時間がかかりました。ホテル周辺には気軽に入れる食堂などが見当たらず、食事の場所を探すのに手間取りました。お風呂はすぐに熱いお湯が出て便利でしたが、浴槽は少し狭めでした。
