Pros:

離車站非常近（東十條站）

Cons:

雖然離東十條站很近，但是南口方向並沒有手扶梯或電梯，所以行李很多或很重的話，到達飯店需要辛苦一下子。如果不介意走一段距離（約5-10分鐘），另外有個十條站，那裡就有電梯和手扶梯，對帶著行李的人比較友善；隔音挺差的，火車行駛的聲音聽得很清楚；房間空間很小，特別是淋浴間，簡直像在開玩笑，應該是我住過最小的。與此同時，價格和地點卻感覺沒有成正比

wygodnie, czysto, super cena

Cons:

lokalizacja blisko metra, ale i tak do głównych atrakcji i fajnych miejsc trzeba długo dojeżdżać
restauracji wokół jest sporo, jednak większość dla „lokalsow”- nie zostaliśmy wpuszczeniu do kilku z nich ponieważ nie rozmawiamy po japońsku
