Please note that construction work on a new apartment building on an adjacent site will be carried out on the following dates/times: August 1, 2025 - December 29, 2027 (expected completion date), 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sundays, New Year's holidays, Golden Week, Obon, etc. During this period, there will be vibrations and noise.

Please note, the credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation will be charged with applicable cancelation charges in the event of cancelation after the cancelation deadline.

まあまあだったかと

スタッフの対応は良かった

Cons:

元々あった施設を使用しているのか、全体的に装備等が古い。（照明を付けるのに、リモコンとは思わなかった。）
仕方のない事とは思うけど、素泊まりで10000円少し切るのは、高いかな、と思う。

値段的には納得しています。
Pros:

駅から近くて、江古田には店や食べるところたくさんがあって、便利です。フロントの方も親切でした。外で工事している以外は静かでした。冷房もちゃんと機能しました。

Cons:

家具と浴槽が古いです。窓が細くしか開かず、景色も見えません。

Perfect stay, Small bath
Pros:

Brief walk to train station which was a 10 minute ride from Ikebukuro station. Spacious enough open wide two large suitcase comfortable and walk around them. Varied selections for the vending machines in the lobby. English-speaking staff is a bonus.

Cons:

As a large person, 250lbs/110kg, tub and toilet are unusable. Could stand for showers but again the small space made move cumbersome. 5'9"/173cm. Could stand to use the toilet but sitting was uncomfortable with the door digging into leg.

Pros:

清潔。

今回も使ってはああませんが、部屋にレンジがある。
洗面は炊事も兼ねているせいがお風呂と別のところにあって使いやすい。
