Good stay at Flexstay
Pros:

Location is very convenient, close by to Sakuragicho for JR line, or Hinodecho for Keikyu line to Haneda Airport. The room was clean and good facilities available, like the laundry room, free skincare sachets/consumables, kettle, TV, hairdryer etc. The price is very fair, you don't receive room service during your stay, but I prefer that as I don't like to be woken up by housekeeping. Staff were very nice at check in and check out, they gave me a scale to weigh my luggage when asked, and kept my luggage secure for the day while I went out. I came back to claim my luggage before 6pm when the front desk closes, so I'm not sure how long they can keep your luggage for. This is my second time staying at Flexstay and I would come again.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard for me, and the walls a little thin, you can hear the shower/TV running next door.

Pros:

忘れ物をしたんですが、問い合わせしたところ丁寧に接してくださりました。何度か確認し、探してくれて見つけていただきました。話を聞いてくださって、さらに探してくださり、とても感謝しています。
お部屋は空気清浄機があり、加湿もできたので快適に過ごせました。
喫煙のお部屋でしたが、匂いはあまり気になりませんでした。

Cons:

過ごしやすかったんですが、身体の大きな人はお風呂が狭いのかなと感じました。
