Extended use of the Spa facilities after check out can be arranged.
Guests will have full use of the spa and thermal suite facilities during their stay which is open between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 and 19:00 Saturday, and 09:00 until 18:00 Sunday. Children between the age of 6 and 16 may use the swimming pool from 09:00 until 11:00 and from 15:00 until 17:00. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted access to the spa.
Booking is advised for all restaurants, with Noelle's lunch and dinner services on a booking only basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The hotel was lovely and the spa was lovely and breakfast was really good.
Excellent staff so friendly. Food was amazing every night high quality and not expensive. Loved the spa pool bit cold to start but once you started swimming was just right. Ground amazing and place is so chilled. Will definetley stay here again.

One of my favs in North Wales. Nice setting, some grand communal areas, good restaurant and excellent facilities including a gym and nice lounge. WiFi was good too.
Room needed some work but that’s part of the charm and was a bit cold but overall fine. Phone signal not great but steady WiFi was good for connectivity.

Nobody on reception. Just note saying to call a number or to check out at spa. Shower not great and hard uncomfortable pillows.

Its a bit dated there were areas that were cold as no heating on. The spa was disappointing pool was cold, the thermal room was really poor and smelt damp. The area around the pool was so cold you couldn't sit around it.

Ben on of the bar staff made us feel comfortable and welcome while we had a drink before tea. The chef Louis (not sure oh spelling) made the most incredible meal everything cooked to perfection

The biggest gripe was that on arrival we were told that there was a no infant policy in the swimming pool. We had booked this specifically for this purpose as a family. We were told that it was clearly stated on the website that under 6’s were not permitted in the pool. I disagreed and stated that we were not made aware of this. I have looked again and also under the property policies and it actually states that children of all ages are welcome. There ought to be clearer advice that children cannot go in the pool. I wouldn’t have chosen otherwise. Disappointing.
