Important information:

Extended use of the Spa facilities after check out can be arranged.

Guests will have full use of the spa and thermal suite facilities during their stay which is open between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 and 19:00 Saturday, and 09:00 until 18:00 Sunday. Children between the age of 6 and 16 may use the swimming pool from 09:00 until 11:00 and from 15:00 until 17:00. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted access to the spa.

Booking is advised for all restaurants, with Noelle's lunch and dinner services on a booking only basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

we arrive and spent about 5 hours trying to get problems sorted , in the end gave up and went home , so nothing

Cons:

room dirty , sink blocked , extraction fan hanging from ceiling , carpet needed hoovering , paint work needs redoing, wall paper coming off , spa robes old and thin , only one towel , no hangers in the lockers, litter around the pool, only half the the food on the menu available ,etc etc .never had problems like this anywhere else.
4 star hotel ,,,, when was this rating given !!

A lovely relaxing stay.
Pros:

There was a wide range for breakfast, we dined at the restaurant every evening and the food was delicious. The spa area was lovely, particularly the swimming pool and steam room. All the facilities were easy to use and the staff really helpful. The location was central for all of the Angelsey attractions, no more than a 30 min drive.

Cons:

The room was too warm for us, but we were able to open the french doors and turn the heating off. This was the only issue.

An amazing rural Welsh treat.
Pros:

Delightful location. Amazing pool and spa.

Staff were somewhat absent and some were not especially helpful at times (although others were very nice).

Room in general poor state of repair and in need of a good refresh with new furniture etc

The hotel in general was very tired and the room was very poor and in need of some urgent TLC, door catch hanging off , bathroom fittings loose, wall paper hanging off , dust in the room , water kept going off, decor poor including furniture , paintwork etc

Pros:

The four poster bed in room 6 and the massive bath tub. It was a clean and comfortable room. The Welsh brekky was lovely.

Pros:

We stayed here on a golf break for 1 night. We really enjoyed the experience.
The staff are a great credit to the hotel, really warm & welcoming. Special mention to Jocelyn in Noelle"s bar, she was very friendly & helpful. The staff in the restaurant were lovely too. Loved the quirkiness of the hotel, it has a unique charm. Set in beautiful grounds & has a lovely spa, with a good sized swimming pool, with the addition of a steam room & sauna. Would stay again! Thank you😀
