Great staff, comfortable room, spotty wifi in morning
Pros:

I liked it a lot. The hotel is basically a one room apartment building. It made me "natsukashi" (nostalgic) for my first apartment in Japan. It's a small well designed room with good space to unpack and hang clothes, a good bed with enough pillows of different types, a table and chair, and a unit bath. Good enough clean decor and a window that opens onto a balcony. Unit bath, shampoo and toiletries not bad. Good location with conbini and restaurants and a good sashimi-don (raw fish and rice) place nearby. The staff were super helpful and patient with my many mishaps!

Cons:

First day I had several meetings I was conducting from the hotel and the wifi kept dropping and/or lagging; it was especially bad around 9:00 but not great all morning. Unfortunately my phone was picking up great wifi either so it was an issue

J'ai appris à l'arrivée que ma chambre était une smoking room. Odeur de tabac insupportable. Le reste était ok mais ma nuit a été gâchée.

Pros:

The staffs are very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. There were used contact lens still on the bed when first entering the rooms. The rooms are a bit dusty.
