La atención del personal, muy servicial y amable. Muy buena disposición para atender y resolver dudas. Queda muy bien posicionado para el aeropuerto de Haneda, y también tiene tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

Queda aproximadamente a 10-12 minutos de la estación de metro. En la noche el barrio es muy movido.
