潮濕味太重了
Room size was good for a family of 3 & great value too! Liked the fact that there was a laundry room & extra amenities provided (e.g. kitchenette, pots, plates, cutlery, toothbrushes, cleansing & moisturising sachets for your bathroom). All appreciated. Easy walking distance to two metro stations, authentic local vibes in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of basic shopping choices too with multiple Familymarts, SevenEleven etc.
Double beds possibly slightly on the smaller side but we managed all fine.
The hotel is well-placed in a quiet area and very close to Tokyo's main attractions. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and it's good to have them at reception when help is needed, such as ordering a taxi or needing more clothes hangers. Many good supermarkets are in the area, with Life at Tokyo Skytree being in our view the best. All summed up, after being there twice, we are very happy and will go there again in the future.
The lack of a dedicated wardrobe area. We also would have preferred to have a few plates and cutlery that would come in handy when eating food purchased at Supermarkets. Everything else we needed was provided and working fine.
The Hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood, there is a train station at about five minutes walking from the hotel connecting the area to the principal touristic places in Tokyo. Very close to the hotel you have a western style cafe and a brewing bar, besides there are several restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. There are also small markets to get food for breakfast or snacks. Overall the area is very safe at all times.

Staff very responsive via Booking.com chat regarding logistics with baggage delivery service. Very friendly and professional, outlined all features of the hotel (vending machine, ordering breakfast, extra amenities). Room was very clean and spacious, even with three beds and their own little night stands!
