Ottima esperienza!
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, vicina a 3 ingressi della metro. Struttura ben curata e dotata di tutti i comfort, staff molto disponibile a tutte le ore. Super consigliato!

Cons:

Le camere un po’ strette per aprire due bagagli grandi, ma è perfettamente coerente agli standard giapponesi.

Pros:

El personal es super amable y atento, ellos ayudan a enviar tu maleta al siguiente hotel, lo recomiendo no es costoso.
me gusta el anime pues era la ubicación perfecta a unas 3 cuadras de la estación de akihabara.

Habitación muy chica, creo que si vale la pena reservar una un poco más grande.

Pros:

リーズナブルで部屋は広がった。アメニティもあって、手ぶらででも大丈夫。清潔だった。下にコンビニもあり横には郵便局、近くには食事できる所もも沢山あってよかった。スタッフの方も丁寧で親切でした。

都心で快適な滞在
Pros:

外国人宿泊者でフロントがごった返していてもスタッフの方が素早く対応されていて快適でした。
枕が2種類あり低反発のものがあって良く眠れた。
タオルも使い心地良く、アメニティも充実していた。

Cons:

予約直後にBooking.comからメッセージが届いて、館内空調は一括管理と書かれていた。予約前の情報では各室エアコン設置となっているが実際には自分で自由に操作できないので、わかるように記載すべきだと思う。
また、窓が開けられず空気の入れ替えもできなかった（他の方の口コミへの返事でスタッフ対応にて開閉可能なようですが、それがわかるように周知されているほうが良い）。

Overall is was exceptional for the price. Nice place in Tokyo to be at if you really like going to Akihabara.
Pros:

I give it a 8.5/10. Beds were comfy, staff were nice, room size was good for the price we paid and the location was nice too (close to Akihabara)

Cons:

Old smell when walking by the rooms. Not too much to complain about.
