Super hôtel
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé devant la gare Nippori, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, les chambres sont très propres et le personnel très sympathique.

Le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant !

Great basic stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

The room was small but compact. Little extra space to maneuver, but all in all, fair! Nice staff. No cleaning service during the stay, but extra towels available. Easy walk to Nippori Station on the Yamanote Line.
Great small laundry!
Breakfast is across the road at Art Hotel...lots of choice and all very good!

At first I thought Hotel Mystays is a small franchise hotel company, but they provide good services like the big company, their receptionists are very professional and able to speak in English and Mandarin, help us to solve the problems every time!
