メインの電気が相当明るくなり、また机も十分なサイズがあったので、仕事が捗り大変よかった
房間較大，很舒服。
洗衣設備很充足。
距離地鐵站(東池袋站)走路可能需要10分鐘。(附近雖然有荒川線地面上的輕軌，但是速度是較慢的，比較類似觀光性的電車)。
理にかなった経費削減努力によるローコスト。都電駅に直ぐ

机の横に前の人の物と思われる落し物があったり、トイレにカビがはえているところが改善されるとより嬉しいです

El alojamiento cumple lo justísimo necesario para una estancia austera.Las habitaciones huelen a cerrado, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia y aunque se sabía que la limpieza no estaba incluida en la estancia de 7 noches, no se dignan ni a recoger la basura de la puerta de la habitación.
Es decir tienes que bajar cada día a tirar tu propia basura a una cochera cercana.
Por último,la cama y las almohadas eran terribles .
O quarto tinha microondas, o hotel fica perto de comércio e transportes, a vista noturna é muito bonita.
A limpeza deixou a desejar, a zona da secretária estava suja, tive de limpar a cadeira, o telefone e o comando da televisão.

Le cheveux collé sur les murs. La marche très haute pour entrer dans la salle de bain. Le manque d'espace autour de toilettes.
De grote van de kamer. Vooral voor één persoon was het echt ruim. Het bed was denk ik een twijfelaar/140cm, dus voor één persoon heel fijn, maar afhankelijk van wat je als stel gewend bent wellicht te klein.
Ook prettig was dat het raam open kon en de gordijnen goed verduisterden.
De kamer zelf was erg schoon, maar de algemene ruimtes hebben ondertussen aardig wat gebruiksporen, waardoor het er wat smoezelig uitziet.
L’hôtel est conforme aux photos et la chambre que j'ai choisie. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare Otsuka et à 20 minutes de Ikebukuro. Un supermarché et plusieurs konbini se trouvent très près. La chambre était propre est me convenait très bien, mais peut-être un peu juste pour 2 personnes. Aussi, il faut jeter ses poubelles sois-même !
L'hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes d'une gare JR, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé.
