Pros:

Short walk (less than 10 min) to train stations.
Close to Sunshine city and to the second biggest anime district of Tokyo.
The room was good, with views to a sports court.
Hotel staff was so helpful. They arranged my luggage drop off, which saved me time.

Cons:

The room is a bit outdated, but the value for money justifies it.

Pros:

到東京日本旅遊看櫻花。1已經住過這酒店好幾次，喜歡佢有個小廚房，可以輕便地煮嘢食。雖然今次我哋住嘅係冇小廚房。但有微波爐，可以簡單返熱食物。附近有24小時超市非常方便。

Budget hotel with amazing location
Pros:

Affordable and cheaper for similar hotel/room size.
Near Otsuka Sation Yamanote line, and tram line.
Comfortable bed and spacious room too.

Cons:

Distance to station need 10 minutes walking. Not recommended for senior citizens.

La habitación tenía un pasillo bastante espacioso donde pudimos dejar abiertas 3 maletas de facturar. El colchón era duro pero cómodo.

Cons:

No encontramos la manera de regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha, salía un poco más caliente de lo que nos hubiera gustado.

ミニキッチンがついているところ

Cons:

バスタブで、お湯をためて入ろうとしたら、40度以上にならなくて、寒い思いをした。
40度以上のレバー位置にならないように固定されているようで（または故障）、せっかく入浴剤を買っていったのに寒い思いしかしなかった。
おそらくもう二度と泊まらないと思う

Everything you need in a hotel that is 15 minute walk from Ikky and 9 min walk to Otsuka Both great spots.
