Pros:

Location is near Otsuka station which is seven minutes walk. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

For four hours early check in they charged almost for the full day.

Cons:

Sabíamos que el servicio de limpieza iba a parte y que si querías que te limpiaran la habitación había que pagar aun así cuando nos dieron la habitación estaba sucia. Había moho por todo el baño, paredes, y hasta dentro de donde se pone el papel del baño.
La alcachofa de la ducha llena de cal y todo sucio.
La moqueta llena de polvo y porquería.
Un mínimo de cambio de toallas , papel y cambio de las bolsas de basura debería de ser lo mínimo aunque no tengan servicio de limpieza.
Las sabanas sucias y habia mucha humedad en la habitación

Good hotel with good price for a short stay.
Pros:

The room was slightly bigger than the average in Tokyo, the bed a bit small but confortable and location was good, it is 5/10 minutes walk from the Yamanote line. The description on booking is exactly what you get. Staff were really nice too.
