Clean room but far from the train station
Pros:

Far from the train station but 2 min from bus (between JR EBISU and Metro Damion Station

Cons:

Room is old but clean. You need to catch a taxi as no buses are available after the dinner time

Pros:

The property was one bus ride away from the Shibuya crossing. The rooms were small but cozy and clean. The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond. We were able to have our luggage delivered to the front desk with ease. They were also kind enough to store our luggage before our flights after check out. The local cafes and shops nearby add to the comfort of the hotel, all of them were highly rated and the one we tried were really good. There is a Lawson and another convenient store 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Fantastic, Comfortable Stay (Very Warm Staff)
Pros:

Very close to bus stops, place is smaller but that was expected. Bed was fantastic, all amenities you could need available, inclusive of pajamas, slippers, hangers (coat and regular) dental kits, extension cord, a multi-device charging cable and hairdryer. Only thing not available is an iron. Should you need to do laundry, self laundering is available for a small fee. Staff very helpful, I accidentally locked myself out of my room one morning and was able to call for assistance via the intercom. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at all times. I stayed 10 days and will choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, I understood this isn't a 5 star accommodation which wasn't what I was after. For the affordability it was beyond comfortable.

Pros:

la camera fumatori

Cons:

la struttura è lontana letteralmente da qualsiasi cosa. Per iniziare l’unica soluzione per collegarsi alla città e un pullman che passa vicino alla struttura, ma che a mio avviso per un soggiorno a Tokyo non può essere l’unico modo di muoversi per cui abbiamo dovuto ricorrere spessissimo dei taxi. La struttura di per sé fa veramente schifo sembra un carcere. Le stanze sono piccolissime sporche, i bagni sono invivibili. È stata veramente un’esperienza terribile che non consiglierei a nessuno. In aggiunta la struttura non è provvista di ascensore quindi abbiamo dovuto salire scendere i nostri bagagli a mano senza l’aiuto del personale. Altra nota negativa è che la reception è aperta solo fino alle sei del pomeriggio per cui, qualora uno dovesse avere un problema alle otto di sera, non può contattarli in alcun modo.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y muy atento.
El departamento contaba con cocina
Había lavanderia con monedas

Cons:

Que no hubiera elevador, me toco el piso 4 con 4 maletas y 2 mochila.
Gastaba el doble por tomar el bus al metro, así que tampoco me gustó mucho la ubicación

Overall good value, we exited happy
Pros:

Even though accommodation is very small it was highly functional and everything that we needed was there also huge plus is that inside the facility there is a coin laundry room. Having a small balcony was amazing
