Good size room, not necessarily worth it if you want a quiet stay.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room had a microwave which was great and it was a decent size room compared to most hotels in Japan.

Cons:

You could hear pretty much every little noise from the hallway and other rooms around you, the room above us was so loud one night until at least 2am that we actually had to talk to the front desk about it which I’ve never done before. The room also didn’t feel very clean at all unfortunately.

Calidad precio para lo que hay aceptable
Pros:

La atención de los recepcionistas muy amables. Bien comunicado con un autobús en 20-25min directo a Shibuya y zona tranquila con combinis cerca.

Cons:

La limpieza del lugar necesita mejorar, y las instalaciones necesitan una pequeña reforma. Las toallas ya no eran blancas, sino tono amarillento, se nota que tienen muchísimo uso y no tenía limpieza diaria de habitaciones ni ascensor.

Pros:

Everythis is suitable for two people. Since we're only there to sleep we were very happy with the staff and facilities.

Cons:

No elevator. That's the only down side that i can think of. Specially when you have luggages it is very difficult staying in the 3rd floor

Pros:

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, chiamando c’era sempre qualcuno a disposizione. Soprattutto il ragazzo che ci ha aiutati con la spedizione della valigia in un altro hotel in Giappone.
Lavatrici e asciugatrici a pagamento vicino all’entrata.

Cons:

La posizione è un po lontana, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione più vicina mentre l’autobus che passa davanti finisce le corse verso le 21:30.
Non ci è stato fornito alcuna pulizia della stanza.

Que tenía cocina y algunos utensilios para cocinar y una terraza aunque no la utilice.

Cons:

Es un edificio antiguo, el baño mega pequeño, no tiene ascensor. Si quieres una toalla, almohada etc extra tienes que pagar. No ponen café o te como en otros hoteles. Solo ofrecen cepillo de dientes y afeitadora.

Good location. Drug store and convenient stores nearby. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk. Pretty good cafe close by for breakfast. AC and wifi available. Good price for Tokyo.

Cons:

Room smelled like cigarette smoke that wouldn't go away. No elevator so if you're on the top floor with heavy luggage it's a struggle. No change machine for laundromat. Very bare minimum tv and not enough outlets in convenient locations.
