the location is near to some bus stops, room is big enough for 2 people with 2 large suitcases

It’s a bang for the buck. Located in a very good district, 15 minutes by walk (or 8 by bus) to Ebisu Station, 10 minutes by walk to Hibya Line Subway and just 1 minute walk to no. 87 bus stops, it’s a really attractive place. The hotel itself is a budget one, but provides everything you’ll ever need, a small kitchen space in the room, laundromat, driers, vending machine. Facilities are little old, but are quite well maintained. Despite hotel being open to smoking in the rooms, as a non smoker I hardly have any discomfort. No signs of bad smell in the room. I really recommend it as a great and affordable option.
As mentioned in the description, it’s not the most accessible hotel. Getting on a 4th floor without elevator might be little challenging, but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker!
Wonderful team and excellent value for money considering the location, close to the most important neighborhoods in Tokyo by a bus or train ride.
There could be more kitchen utensils in the room.
Estaba cerca de una boca de metro. El precio fue super barato. Tiene lavandería. Guardaron nuestro equipaje el primer día que llegamos muy temprano hasta que pudimos hacer el checking.
Teniamos que deshacernos de nuestra propia basura y en 7-8 noches no nos cambiaron las toallas.
Très bien placé pour visiter des lieux différents de Tokyo. Arrêt de bus kombini dans la rue juste à côté. Personnel toujours présent. Je l’ai dérangé en laissant ma carte dans la chambre tard la nuit et il a répondu très vite.
La vue n’avait rien d’exceptionnelle mais ce n’était pas pour cette raison que j’ai choisit cet établissement
I liked how convenient everything was, the bus stops were like a 2 min walk and you could take the buses to Shibuya and Shinjuku Etc. Without a drama.
