Barato pero basico
Pros:

Estaba cerca de una boca de metro. El precio fue super barato. Tiene lavandería. Guardaron nuestro equipaje el primer día que llegamos muy temprano hasta que pudimos hacer el checking.

Cons:

Teniamos que deshacernos de nuestra propia basura y en 7-8 noches no nos cambiaron las toallas.

It was great for a solo traveller, the room had everything I needed and the bed was comfy
Pros:

I liked how convenient everything was, the bus stops were like a 2 min walk and you could take the buses to Shibuya and Shinjuku Etc. Without a drama.

Pros:

Très bien placé pour visiter des lieux différents de Tokyo. Arrêt de bus kombini dans la rue juste à côté. Personnel toujours présent. Je l’ai dérangé en laissant ma carte dans la chambre tard la nuit et il a répondu très vite.

Cons:

La vue n’avait rien d’exceptionnelle mais ce n’était pas pour cette raison que j’ai choisit cet établissement

Great affordable studio-apartment-style option for longer stays
Pros:

Great option for longer stays, it's basically a short term studio apartment (with kitchenette and communal coin-op washers/dryers) rental that's also priced like it (at about half the cost of getting a regular hotel when I booked). The rooms are suprisingly spacious compared to other single person hotel rooms in Tokyo, I had plenty of room for 2 suitcases and there was even a tiny balcony area.
The dining in the immediate vicinity is rather upscale (think Michelin star type restaurants), so expect to walk a little bit to more affordable dining and grocery options.

Cons:

For the price, I have no complaints. But keep in mind that: There is no elevator, so you're carrying your luggage up stairs yourself if you're not on the first floor.

I will stay again
Pros:

The staff was very kind and accommodating, and I slept well—the bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite small, but it was clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. Entry felt secure with a passcode system and an electronic key for the room. I would most likely stay here again, as it’s a great option for a solo traveler.

Cons:

I think making all rooms non-smoking would benefit the property. There is also no lift, so the stairs can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage, and the property is somewhat far from the station. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

The room was small but the perfect size for me and the microwave and kettle were very convinient. There are multiple convinience stores nearby and the bus stop is less then 2 minutes away while there are metro stations on 13 minutes, 17 minutes and 20 minutes walk.

Cons:

The room might be too small for two people. The vent in the bathroom and the one to the outside were a little bit dusty.

Ces petits ça fait hôtel limite le métro Héloin y a des bus tous les 20 à 30 minutes, je recommande pas du tout. Je n’y ai même pas dormi pour dire.
