It's very good for single travellers who need a no-frills stay in central (close enough) Tokyo! Very close to Inaricho Station on the Ginza Line and one stop from Ueno Station.
The walls were very thin. I could easily hear the people in the room next to me, and I'm sure they could hear me

公寓式的房型，有獨立衛浴和微波爐等很方便。
居住期間除了偶爾聽到走廊談話聲音外，睡覺時並不會受到聲音干擾。浴室和床鋪是真的很小但一個人用也是夠的，若是帶大行李則無法全攤開，建議使用上掀式的行李箱比較好拿去自己的東西。冷氣很快就能吹涼，不會有什麼異味或聲音。整體來說很不錯，就是空間真的小。長時間旅遊入住的話，也是可以省下一點旅費開銷。樓下櫃檯人員很客氣，服務很不錯，樓下也有備品（垃圾袋、棉花棒等）可以自由領取，環保也便利。地點就在稻荷町站附近，外面馬路也有公車可以前往上野站，要去京成上野搭Skyliner的旅客也方便。附近有在地超商和常見的全家或Lawson 等，稻荷町站外就有王將跟麥當勞，宵夜也算是有去處。
由於我單人入住，房間偏小。除此之外，我覺得還可以~

Habitación pequeña, pero acorde calidad-preciso.
La ubicación bien, la estación más cercana era de la línea Ginza que tiene buenas conexiones.

El staff fue maravilloso, nos ayudaron en cualquier pregunta, tambien la location cerca del metro.

住宿地點在稻荷町（東京）旁邊搭車很方便，上野車站也就在旁邊而已，也可以慢慢走過去JR上野轉車，去各地都蠻方便的
旅館沒有提供免費的客房清潔，客房的清潔服務是要額外付費2200日圓，如果很在意清潔的話，可能要注意一下
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always kind and helpful. They were also very accommodating in allowing me to store my large suitcase at the hotel while I spent ten days in Okinawa before returning for my second stay. The location was excellent: close to Inaricho Station and within walking distance of both Ueno and Asakusa, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo. There were also several convenience stores, restaurants, and other useful services nearby. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing around Tokyo. I was so satisfied with my experience that I was happy I had already booked this hotel again for my second stay in Tokyo.

A market is pratically accross the street and many convience stores nearby.
Room could have been bigger but you get what you pay for.
The laundry room could have been in the lobby floor at least instead of the basement.
