Excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms with excellent amenities. Room service is an optional extra, so you can choose to treat it as your own space and have no one come in.

Cons:

Don't stay there!
Pros:

Didn't like this hotel, wouldn't recommend

Cons:

We didn't like this hotel at all! room was dirty. We booked 2 rooms for 6 people. one room had a towel with Blood on it and when we told the staff they said.. Sorry- that all not genuine apologies
No cleaning at all while we were there, not close to any attraction which we knew as we only stayed there after our Disney days before our next location.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

It was spacious enough to walk through and place luggages. The water pressure was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. There was a coin laundry available which was convenient and clean. The property is conveniently located near Lidabashi station (8 minute walk) with multiple train lines, grocery store across the street, convenience store nearby, and easy walk to Kagurazaka.
