Not safe for health
Pros:

The room was clean and that was about it

Cons:

There was visible water damage in the first room so I asked to change room. Even though the new room didn’t have visible water damage, the air was still damp and uncomfortable. After one night, I didn’t feel safe for our health to stay any longer. I expressed my concern, and they still charged me premium for that one night (almost a quarter of my full payment for 7 nights). Also I don’t understand why they wouldn’t resolve the refund issue with me and asked I get my travel agency to involve (Booking.com). Luckily Booking.com came through and contacted them regarding my concern for shorten the reservation. Thank you Booking.com

Very budget friendly and perfect location for first-time and solo travelers
Pros:

Perfect location, next to Asakusabashi Station
Friendly staff and very accommodating during check-in and duration of stay
Very ideal location for Tokyo commuting, close to major landmarks and a 25-30-minute walk to Akihabara

Great location, friendly staff, and made my first Japan trip less stressful.
Pros:

The location was perfect for train, food, drinks. The area was very clean and quiet. Lawson connected to the hotel made for great breakfasts/late night snacks. The staff were friendly and able to answer all questions we had. Onsite laundry is a great bonus.
