Breakfast was good!

Cons:

My room had NO refrigerator although it was supposed to. The microwave didn’t work at all!! I was staying with my 5 year old granddaughter and expected to cool then warm up her dinner. I had to go to the lobby to warm up her dinner. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been satisfied. This stay was far below what I expected from this hotel

ランドリーがあったのも助かりました。

Cons:

部屋の掃除は、必要ならカウンターに言いに来てという英語のメモが、部屋の鍵と一緒に入っていた。普段、英語を使わない私たちは、チェックアウト前までそのメモに気づかず、部屋の掃除やタオル交換をしてもらえなかった。他のホテルは何も伝えなくても毎日掃除に来てくれていたので、わかりにくかった。

Pros:

Breakfast was good but would have liked to see a couple more hot items. Scrambled eggs or some breakfast potatoes as a suggestion.

Cons:

Mala experiencia, poco confort y atención pesima
Pros:

Pésimo el hotel, el desayuno horrible, la señora que atendía en la comida una abusiva y amargada. No hacen limpieza, pedimos varias veces que aunque sea cambiaran las toallas. Estuvimos 5 noches y 6 días
No me volvería a hospedar alli ni en ninguno de esa cadena

Loved our time there
Pros:

We had a great time! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and when we asked for more pillows staff was great at helping.
