Pros:

Parking space and aircon (though it is kind of winodow type air con)

Cons:

The room service is so poor, if you stay for oneday you won't notice, but if you stay longer, it will be a concern. And there is constant heavy bang of doors during throughout the night, so don't expect you can sleep. And tv was not working.

I’d avoid this and look for other budget options
Cons:

The room was next to the laundry and a kitchen possibly for the staff and was in use and was incredibly noisy until late. The room was pretty rank and the bathroom was in a really bad condition so much so that I didn’t risk using it. A decrepit air con unit buzzed throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep.

Very very unsatisfactory and if you have health problems don’t go as there is mould

No cutlery or microwave in room
No room to move around bed
Toilet and shower crammed together I couldn’t use toilet as I’m a big person and there was no room for me to sit
Room/floor dirty and not clean
Went to use main kitchen and no cutlery plates etc and all pots pans and microwave the very dirty and unhygienic. Shower had mould stained
Photo is quite literally the size of the room

We did not like it at all

Cons:

The receptionist was not very welcoming at all and you will need to also pay to park your own car on site per night and it is not a secure car park.
There is no lift so you have to use the stairs to get to your room and there is only one set so if something was to happen on a lower floor you will be stuck.
The room was not very clean with dust and extremely small the fridge was noisy the air-conditioning hardly worked as the filter had atleast 2 years of dust blocking it the bed not comfortable you can hear and fill every spring the pillows where pancakes no power points next to the bed ether
The bathroom is a fibreglass box with a non working fan and you can hardly fit in the shower and I'm only small the toilet is next to the shower so it gets wet when you shower and there was black scum in the shower to it may be cheap but could be a lot better there was no care for anyone staying and there is no staff on site between 10pm and 7am

Pros:

Good location if you need to stay in dandenong

Cons:

Poor reception staff. Cleaning is really poor. Bathroom facilities are disgusting. Towels they provide are usually the ones people put down on the floor.

Pillows are very thin and bed is super uncomfortable.
