the guy is aggressive when handling the card. He is not happy when his working. I know you get exhausted while working but your in front office. at least be polite and be respectful. No, good evening and how are you?

You get what you pay for, basic room over your head at night

Cons:

You advertise "Wheelchair Friendly" Yes the ground floor is accessible by wheelchair BUT the rooms are not "Disability Friendly". You have to step over a door raised lip to enter the room, the bathroom has a large step to enter and there are no handrails to assist with getting into the bathroom or to grab if you fall.

Won't be coming back here.

Location was very convenient

Cons:

Other than the bed in the room, everything else was not of satisfactory.
The sink basin in the room did not have a closing and had a nasty smell.
Turned the heater on in the room because it was cold and it was noisy. Mirror in the room was taped up.
No power points near the bed to charge phone.
I needed to use the fridge but I didn't because it stunk so bad. I didn't trust the cleanliness of this place.
The shower was taped up and it kept spraying water to the roof and then back down on me which was cold water. I had to put a towel over it every night to shower.
There was an open air vent in the ceiling of the shower with no closing which freaked me out.
People lottering out the hotel at 6am in the morning, who I don't think were tenants as one guy was walking around the carpark checking a couple of cars.
Place didn't smell good. I picked this place for convenience but will not come here again.
