Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Atendimento muito rápido. O cooktop não estava funcionando e a manutenção resolveu o problema em minutos, trocando por outro.
A camareira nos ofereceu uma banheira por perceber que estávamos com um bebê. Isso é atendimento alto padrão.
A cozinha no apto nos ajudou na rotina de alimentação do bebê. Apesar de não ter microondas, era fácil utilizar no restaurante.
O café da manhã é excelente.
A brinquedoteca é linda, bem cuidada, tem atividades para todas as idades, além de profissionais muito atenciosos com as crianças.

Apenas uma piscina é climatizada e ficava lotada.
Ajudaria ter mais de uma panela disponível, bem como produtos básicos de limpeza como esponja de lavar louça e detergente
