Lugar incrível! Funcionários muito educados, café da manhã excelente, quarto espaçoso, limpo, completo, sem ruídos/barulho, localização boa (pra quem não tem interesse em ficar super próximo do morro do careca). Me senti super bem lá! Com certeza um lugar pra voltar outras vezes.

Cons:

Achei apenas um pouco caro. Mas comparado com outros hotéis de Natal, achei um bom custo/beneficio.

Nice location and excellent hotel, the beach may not be up to your expectations.
Pros:

Excellent installations, personnel was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is Brazilian-local style, very complete, the restaurant is very nice and with good service. Pizza nights come with a free cup of wine. There is a recreation area with "futbolito" and billiard tables. A nice pool that is kept quite clean.

Cons:

Some days there was very loud live music in the restaurant at dinner time - nothing against the music itself, but it was hard to talk with your partner, and if we had to retire early, the music was still loud in our rooms in the 4th floor! Unfortunately, the beach could not be enjoyed. Waves and currents were way too strong and dangerous, and almost nobody was bathing;. People just seat under the big parasols and look at the ocean, at 30-50 R$ a parasol. You must be a confident open ocean swimmer to try this beach. If we knew this we would not have chosen Natal for our vacation.

Na verdade o local não tem nem culpa, mas alguns hóspedes são mal educados, principalmente os que tem crianças pequenas. Vi a cena em que a mãe permitiu que uma criança fizesse xixi no piso de madeira exatamente ao lado da piscina, e o mau cheiro ficou terrível. Tive que pedir duas vezes para limparem. Talvez placas de avisos, pode ser que diminuísse essas situações.

Duas observações sobre a academia: o ar-condicionado não estava gelando o local e a cadeira extensora e flexora estava quebrada e não tinha nenhuma placa avisando, que é perigoso.
