Bellissimo Weekend!!!
Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato nel weekend dell' 8 Marzo io, mia moglie e la nostra bambina di 4 anni. Ambiente molto accogliente, staff molto preparato e premuroso, ottima anche la cena con porzioni abbondanti e colazione varia e molto buona. Posizione strategica con vista mozzafiato. Ciliegina sulla torta il padrone di casa... simpaticissimo e originale!! Lo consiglio vivamente!! Torneremo di sicuro!!

Purtroppo i materassi sono veramente sottilissimi e scomodi, inoltre avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale e sono semplicemente stati uniti 2 singoli lasciando ovviamente lo spazio nel mezzo.

Für wenig Geld viel bekommen
Pros:

Eine Rezension muss man immer unter dem Gesichtspunkt sehen, was ich für eine Unterkunft zahle. Für rund 38 € ÜF/Tag, mitten im Fleimstal, im März, also während der Skisaison, zwischen Predazzo und Cavalese gelegen, wo wenige Tage zuvor die Olympischen Spiele im Skilanglauf, in der Nordische Kombination und im Skispringen stattfanden, haben meine Frau und ich ein "gutes Geschäft" gemacht sowie sehr viel Gegenwert bekommen. Die tollen Skigebiete Latemar und Alpe Cermis waren je 10 km und das Skigebiet Alpe Lusia war 15 km entfernt. Frühstück von 7.30 Uhr - 9.30 Uhr war in Ordnung mit Rührei, Schinken, Käse, Salami, diversen Marmeladen und süßen Aufstrichen sowie zahlreichen Gebäckstücken. Kaffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Tee, Säfte etc. aus dem Automaten. Abendessen können wir nicht beurteilen, da nur Ü/F. Abends an der Theke wurden wir freundlichst von den beiden netten Rezeptionistinnen bedient, wir fühlten uns wohl und willkommen. Preise für Getränke waren angemessen. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Unterkünften in letzter Zeit, wurde sehr viel Wert auf ausreichend Personal gelegt, wie gesagt: zwei Rezeptionistinnen, ein Nachtportier, eine fleißige Servicekraft beim Frühstück, Raumpflegerinnen etc. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr sauber gereinigt und sogar ein Balkon war vorhanden. Bett und Bad ohne Fehl und Tadel. Sauna (90 Grad) und Dampfbad funktionierten, mussten aber reserviert werden. Ebenso war ein Schwimmbad, ein Skiabstellraum und sogar ein Aufzug vorhanden. Parkplätze vor dem Haus absolut ausreichend. Zusammenfassend - keine Luxusunterkunft - uns hat es angesichts des Preises jedoch absolut gefallen - werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Wir waren schon das zweit Mal da.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sicherlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, deshalb dürften bald Modernisierungsmaßnahmen anstehen. Wir hätten nichts dagegen gehabt, wenn das Zimmer und das Bad etwas größer gewesen wären. Sauna musste vorher reserviert werden für max. eine Stunde. Achtung, italienische Steckdosen, da passen die deutschen Stecker nicht rein. Man kann sich aber an der Rezeption gegen eine Kaution von 5 Euro, die es bei Rückgabe wieder zurück gibt, einen Adpater ausleihen. Im Bad muss Bademütze getragen werden. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, zumindest für unseren Geschmack. WLAN konnte ich nicht feststellen, habe aber auch nicht danach gefragt.

Pros:

Quasi nulla... Salvo il cambio di tutti gli asciugamani già al secondo giorno.
Salvo il parcheggio in quanto abbastanza ampio e gratuito

Cons:

1. Odore di scarico proveniente dal piano doccia diffuso in tutta la stanza.
2. Arredi ormai datati e moquette consumata che richiedono una profonda ristrutturazione.
3. Colazione qualitativamente scadente....senza considerare che se a colazione non ti presenti presto, ti puoi dimenticare i croissant.
4. Se sei in un hotel non è pensabile che per avere un cappuccino con latte senza lattosio ti devi recare al bar e portartelo al tavolo, considerato poi che dal bar alla sala colazioni devi attraversare reception.
