Honest opinion
Pros:

The structure from outside and the breakfast

Cons:

The staff not helpful and not clean the rooms properly, we asked for a lighter to light up birthday candle they simply answered we don't have. Made us walk to near by market just to buy lighter that we wold not use only for candles

Very sad experience. If you pay for delux prepare to never get actual delux. Room very different from the booking pictur
Pros:

Friendly housekeeping and kitchen employees. Good location. That’s all about this property, the rest is super bad.

Cons:

Room we got was totally different from the pictures, disgusting smell when you enter, tiny window. Mold everywhere in the bathroom, I chose double bed because of newborn but they just put 2 single bed together with 2 different blankets which made our sleep impossible. Didn’t prepare extra bed/sofa and accused me of not mentioning third person/kid, even tho in my booking everything is mentioned and paid for everyone. Then stopped responding to me and to booking

Luka at the reception was very helpful and did his best to make our stay better.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The room was not cleaned even once. They changed towels and tidied up, but they never actually cleaned it. The breakfast was quite poor in both variety and quality. They use exactly the same product for hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. It was unbearably hot, and we had to keep asking them to lower the heating—they finally did it after two days, during which we couldn’t sleep because of the heat.

Cons:

המקום עצמו היה פחות נוח לי המיטה לא הייתה נוחה לי ולא היו מים חמים במקלחת.
