Ben iki günlük ayrı ayrı rezervasyon be ödeme yaptım sabah otelden çıktık akşam döndüğümde resepsiyondan telefona geldi çıkış yapmam gerektiği söylendi bende ödemeyi yaptığımı söyledim 5 sk sonra fark edebildi çalışan fakat biz yokken odamıza girip toplamlar benim böyle bir talebim olmamıştı

Probablemente el mejor hotel en todo nuestro viaje por Georgia. Desayuno bien (para ser Georgia), habitaciones limpias y grandes y camas cómodas. Terraza disponible en la habitación. El personal muy agradable.

Заказали номер с двухместной кроватью, а на самом деле сдвинули две одноместные, которые постоянно разъезжались, спать невозможно. Половина розеток в номере не рабочая

Ужасный опыт. Я приехал(а) в этот отель с двумя маленькими детьми и пожилой мамой, но нас просто отказались заселять и выставили за дверь. Сотрудники заявили, что мы якобы сами отменили бронирование, хотя это ложь — мы ничего не отменяли. Бронирование было подтверждено, а деньги уже были списаны.

Из-за этого мы остались в очень неприятной ситуации и были вынуждены срочно искать другое место для ночлега с детьми и пожилым человеком. Такое отношение к гостям недопустимо.

Не рекомендую этот отель. Будьте осторожны перед бронированием.
