Bronte is an oasis of calm in the city. Excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and beautiful grounds.

The Bronte Hotel is very clean beautiful gardens, the rooms have everything in them. The food is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym are great. Centrally located. Would definitely go back there again.

Excellent hotel, the setting, staff, pool, rooms and everything is supurb, wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was tbh. We had 3 rooms between us, and they were all perfect, good beds, good water pressure, clean, everything functioning!

My overall stay was great.The propert locatoon is wonderful and secure.i enjoyed the gym ,and swimming.The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.Great location.

I had an excellent stay at Bronte Hotel in February 2026. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, with quick responses to any requests. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful garden setting, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The location is convenient and secure, making it ideal whether you are traveling for business or leisure. The overall value for money is impressive considering the quality of the facilities and service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Bronte Hotel to anyone visiting.

A stay at the Bronte Garden hotel is always a pleasure. The service is very good, the room is always spick and span, the pool is refreshing after a long day's work. The surroundings of beautiful architecture, lush plants and trees and the beautiful Shona art sculptures make this my favourite hotel to stay at.

The Bronte Hotel is a very comfortable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is really good.
we stayed in the Kingsley which is the budget rooms. Everything was clean and working and comfortable with good tables to work at. The furniture/ decor is just a bit older but in good condition.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the gardens, especially in the early morning. Overall, the Garden Hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, nature, and calm in one place

We loved our stay here, they were very open to improving their plant-based and vegan offerings and I hope they do that so I can return.

We really loved the stay at the hotel and felt like the hotel is under advertised. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the full pack of the english breakfast was my highlight . I also liked the garden that is well maintained with the tall palm trees next to the pond surrounded by nicely cut green grass. Excellent for photography indeed.

I really appreciate the environment, the open and natural setup sets this place apart, and makes it a unique and wonderful place to visit and stay. Plenty of parking space within and without is another plus for this beautiful place. The staff are receptive, welcoming and professional .The salubrious cuisines, beautiful ponds and flowers, the lush green grass and amazing meandering paved paths,a nice well-maintained swimming pool beaming with colourless, blue-sky-reflecting waters and a well-equipped modern gym for everyday fitness and exercise, give one an unforgettable experience. All these and many more give one an unceasing urge to visit again this beautiful island in the city centre and a wonderful place for a retreat and many more!

This Garden Hotel takes heavy inspiration from the Bronte Sisters and its a fitting homage to their life and legacy. The setting is serene and exquisite - the staff are friendly and happy to be of service. If you are ever in Harare, this is the place to be.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lovely Bronte Hotel in Harare. We enjoyed our rapport with all staff members and all meals were excellent, with great service. We actually enjoyed two stays of 6 nights and 3 nights as we 'took a break' by flying to Victoria Falls for a 2-nights stay to see the Falls and take a Sunset River Cruise. But we were delighted to return to our Garden Hotel - which I referred to as "paradise". We loved staying here and were sorry to leave. I do hope we can stay fit and well - and return to see everyone again. I have an eye on the 2027 ICC World Cup Cricket tournament so we will keep our fingers crossed!
