Room was overall clean (though bed covers felt a bit worn out) but with very basic equipment/furniture, especially for the price we paid (£160+ per night)

I moved after one night just to have Internet and a small fridge which are important to me.
Pros:

You get what you pay for. The staff was pleasant. The facility was clean and kept up well.

Cons:

No Internet, no hairdryer and mattress was lumpy.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Premises are a little run down, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Good area near the basilica, very safe and walkable, easy walk to the main plaza.

Pros:

Really good location. Staff very helpful. We flooded our room because we didn't unplug shower drain. Put all our bags (heavy) on the bed. When we got back the bed had been made! Great service

Pros:

Had a quiet room in the back, no problems. Plenty of blankets for the winter cold. Avoid the front section of the hotel, lots of noise including 6:30am church bells across the street.

Basic affordable hotel that offers quiet, security and a good location.
Pros:

Convenient location next to the Basilica for easy parking and walking to the main centro areas. Quiet, clean and secure with a nice courtyard to relax. Good value for the money.

Cons:

I stayed in 2 different rooms on two different occasions. The first room was small and basic with one outlet and a dim bathroom. The second room upstairs was larger and better appointed including 2 beds, outlets and a larger brighter bathroom with a separate patio to enjoy. No real heating source as typical with Patzcuaro hotels other than blankets as nights can get cold.
