Ruhiges Hotel. Sehr sauber. Täglich Zimmerservice.

Cons:

Die Eingangstür zum Hotel steht entgegen der Aussage der Rezeption Tag und Nacht offen bzw kann aufgedrückt werden. Das gibt kein gutes Gefühl, dass jeder ins Hitel gelangen kann.

Doesn't offer good value for money and rude staff

Breakfast was ok, location was ok for me as it was close to a conference I was attending

Cons:

Other than breakfast and location, the place was really disappointing. It's def not worth the price - the room is super simple, they don't have basic things to offer (such as bottled water) and the walls are super thin so a lot of noise comes from the other rooms. The worse part though was the staff. When I was checking out I asked the guy at reception to for a signed accommodation form / receipt, as I was traveling for work and it was an ask from my org, but he was super rude in saying there was no such thing and he couldn't do anything about it. He could have been nicer in trying to help me, but instead he was just very dismissive and impolite.

Cons:

Room was much too bright. The room needs black out curtains. I sleept 10 nights with the same stained pillow case. I don't think they changed the sheets in a 10 night stay. I like the property, don't push your luck...you have a lot of competition in that area. S. Pinto...
