Tempatnya cukup nyaman
ask for cash deposit while the room has been fully paid by credit card :( there is nothing in the room that i think need a cash deposit. slow check in and check out proses. had to pay for parking
VERY BAD HOTEL, NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.
I enjoy the location of hotel, close to Malls and easy to get taxi. The hotel has a good service andnicely clean room.
I had good experience in the hotel with a nice and friendly service from the reception and porter.
Room was comfortable and clean, but not much choices for the buffet breakfast. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Jakarta neighborhood.
On checking in my reservation with Hotel.com was not in the hotel system hence time was wasted by the one and only staff at the front desk despite me showing the confirmation. After some 25 minutes I managed to convinence the staff to check me in, let me go to my room and he can take his time to check and should there is no such reservation I will pay in the morning after all I have to place a Cash deposit.
Room is small but is alright just for sleep and is clean. Drainage clogged in shower real bad till is water sliped and flooded to the toilet.
Check out was very slow, again one and only one staff at front desk and there was a guess checking in I have to wait 20 minutes to be attended and another 20 minutes for room staff to check my room before the Cash deposit can be tefunded. What an experience but this is what one gets form a budget hotel, nevertheless I have a sleep before heading to the airport in the morning.

No hot water, not everyone at the check in desk speaks English, shower area smells like drainage
Ugly n untidy rooms.
The room is clean n comfort and wifi is very fast.
Very very small rooms, no English TV, Wi-Fi is spotty at best. Had to change room twice due to air conditioner not cooling properly!!
