The front desk personnel were extremely helpful. Pietro, in particular, was super friendly and professional in dealing with us. He ensured that we have everything we need. Provided us very useful information on where the best places for dining, shopping and the area in general.
Will definitely stay at this place again!

We had a lovely experience here. 7 days at the Hearth was wonderful. Conveniently located, cold AC, 24 hour staff…. We just can’t rave enough. Would absolutely stay here again

Nice property right near the Vatican Museum. Big, clean rooms with air conditioning! A small elevator came in handy, especially when transporting luggage. Buffet breakfast included, with regular staples: scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff can assist with transfers, restaurant recommendations and tourism suggestions. Customers looking for varied pillow menu or varied shower gel, shampoo and conditioner will need to bring their own. 5 minute walk to the nearest subway stop. Overall, nice hotel near The Vatican.

The personnel on reception were outstanding and helped enormously during an extreme hot few days in Rome. Marco was particularly kind and knowledgeable.

Awesome facility! Perfect for tourists!

Booked based on other reviews. Very clean and fabulous location . The room is spacious enough as many rooms in Rome are tight. The beds are ultra firm and pillows flat as many in Rome. Here’s the difference, Marco and Pierre at the desk which by the way, is operated 24/7, they gave such incredible personal service far above any other hotel we have been in n Rome. They make the difference!!We are touring all day and only sleeping there. The bathroom was recently renovated with a rain head. Bar in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Can’t say enough about Marco and Pierre. 5 star customer service!!!

It was on the vaticans door step easy to get to most locations walking my third time at the hearth and would go again.

The location was perfect with the hotel literally being a 30 second walk away from the Vatican Museum and about 10 mins away from St Peter's Basilica. The staff were so helpful and polite and provided great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, budget friendly, clean room and friendly staff. The location is perfect. It’s right next to The Vatican, restaurants, laundry and grocery. I will definitely book a room there again.

Perfect Location near metro and just steps from Vatican Museums entrance.
Clean, comfortable and super nice staff. From the check in to check out. Only downside: for two nights in a row from 11:00pm to 2:00am there were kids, fights between rooms and opening and slamming doors. We understand that hotels have different guests and you don’t know if you are going to have that bad luck, but it was terrible… Hope you don’t have the bad luck we did…

Great place incredible location

Three night stay. Very positive and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location for Vatican was perfect, about 250m to museum entrance. Lobby and breakfast areas were small but never crowded.

Except for the location and friendliness at the reception desk, it was a very disappointing experience. The shower was clogged and full of hair residues, room service came at 5:00 pm one day to get the room done, breakfast was very dissapointing and the breakfast room/facilities very unconfortable and outdated. Sadly, I would not reccomend the place.

Brilliant location for Vatican , ottavio metro 5 mins walk handy for getting around , the city and all locations to visit , hotel clean and friendly, great for short stays to the city and a safe location . Had an enjoyable stay
