Beautiful property with amazing views.
Breakfast is excellent with many choices and great quality.
Amenities are very good with good gym, ice bath, sauna and 3 pools.
Property however needs more maintenance and upkeep as many things are tired or need attention. Housekeeping also needs to lift their game as major items of cleanliness and maintenance get overlooked.
Great overall experience that could be even better with some good leadership and money spent.

Beautiful hotel and grounds and view of the beach. Great lounging by the pool and getting drinks/food at The Deck and the neighbouring Thai restaurant 👌. The included breakfast every morning was absolutely fantastic. I booked 2 nights in adjoining one bedroom villas with friends/family, and I loved it so much that I decided to stay on for 2 more nights!

We had a family stay and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were lovely and helped us book a fantastic snorkelling trip where we swam with manta rays and turtles.

Amazing location, the views are incredible, rooms and those bathrooms breathtaking. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. Restaurant recommendations Curry Traders, la Bianca and nyomans warring- reception can boom

The villas are just lovely - roomy and with a decent balcony for enjoying the view. The choice of 3 pools is great. We preferred the top 2 pools that were more private than the one next to the restaurant.

The resort is amazing. Situated on a hill, overlooking the turquoise bay, but they have buggy service to help you around if needed. The service is impeccable. The food is also amazing. We were able to check in a little early. They help with everything you want or need and make suggestions for things to do etc. Suggest booking Spa early if you desire (but they were able to squeeze us in). There is a Spa next door, same situation, very busy. Communication prior to check in was amazing. There is a ferry that lands right in front, so check it out if coming from Sanur. The hotel will offer to help book also. We came from NP so it we arranged independently. I wish we had stayed longer. I really want to say this was my favorite place in all of Bali. Yes. That good. Kudos to the Chef and all the staff. Thank you so much.

Simply amazing! Would have stayed forever! Beautiful room with an epic outlook to the beaches and local surf spots. The pools are immense and beautiful. The room tastefully decorated with outdoor shower and bath. The staff are second to none and always greet with a smile. Quick and easy to the good food spots and all around that end of the island. Our son loved the place too. Awesome all round, thank you

We recently stayed at Batu Karang and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. Our room was incredible — spacious, beautifully designed, and with the most breathtaking view of the ocean.

What a great spot! We had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff were amazing so friendly and professional, the service was excellent, and the view was magical. If you want to be close to restaurants and beach clubs but escape to a calm oasis afterwards, this is the place to stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location on Nusa Lembongan, with views across the bay. It has 3 good pools, 2 great restaurant with a good selection of food, a fantastic whiskey bar as well as a regular bar. The breakfasts are made to order and had some of the best selections of food I have come across in an hotel. The spa is excellent with well trained staff. The room was spacious with a balcony with a view of the sea, but sheltered (for watching thunderstorms!) and best of all the staff couldnt do enough for you. One of the best stays I have had in Bali.

In general we had a great stay. There were a few area I think it needs improvement: 1. Morning complimentary breakfast was great, except when you want to ask for 2nd cup of coffee, they charge you; 2. In general they were eager to charge you. For example, I just want hotel bottled still water, but they asked me if I want bubbling water or more expensive bottle water.

Outdoor bath and shower

This property is nice but needs updating. The rustic feel would work better if the blinds worked and it felt more private and one could get quality sleep. The construction going on around the property made my sleep difficult. You can hear all the noises even with ear plugs. They were nice to move my room to get further away from the construction but I still heard the incessant hammering. I had Bali belly so I needed naps during the day. That didn’t work so well. The views are gorgeous and the island is great for all ocean activities. The water is a perfect temperature. The hotel staff was very nice. I can’t comment on the food because I wasn’t feeling like eating much.

We had two different rooms over three nights. They gavebus a free upgrade due to an issue with smoke in the area not caused by the hotel. Both rooms were lavish with plunge pools. Excellent showers and beds with amazing views of the aqua blue waters and surf. The food was very good at sll meals and all the staff we happy and smiling.

A great position but service isn't really up to scratch. Routine requests were made unnecessarily difficult. For example, when I called desk to ask for milk and teabags housekeeping failed to restock that day, instead of just sending the items up, a staff member came to room to "inspect" minibar and said this was my fault for displaying "do not disturb" sign, which was rubbish as they'd cleaned and made the bed just fine earlier. Then required a visit from a 2nd staff member to get the milk as the first guy came empty handed and only seemed interested in starting an argument. I wouldn't return.
