Não tem elevador.
Access to hotel lobby is very unpleasant, no direct access from carpark and the walk way is only stairs, no lift or even ramps to roll luggage
ここは下田で1番好きなホテルです。
全部屋に露天風呂があるし夕食も朝食も本当に美味しいです。
スタッフさんは外国人が多いですけどおもてなしは最高にしてくれます。
あんまり勧めたくない…だって満室になったら私が困るから😂😂😂

相手が体調不良で、イマイチ快適ではなかったのでフルに楽しむ事が出来なかったけど食事も種類が沢山あり、サウナも次回は使用してみたいと思います。露天風呂付きで朝日🌅が見えてとても良い。連泊した方が場所も温泉質も良かったので又機会があれば行きたい場所で、やはり伊豆はこの辺が好みの場所で素敵です。

食事はビュッフェで品数も多く満足しました。
ただ客室露天風呂のビニールカーテンとカーテンレールが古く閉められない事が不満。
トイレと洗面台の位置がベッドにあまりに近かった事も残念です。

after checking, room was good but bed cleanliness was negative as blankets and bed liner has fainted spots and not hygenic.
though on request, I was provided replacement, but it feels that normally this is acceptable level for the staff to keep such blankets in the room.

The location & private onsen were the only positives to this hotel stay. The area is beautiful and fun to explore if you rent a bike for the day!
This hotel however was dirty & uncomfortable. Prepare yourself for stairs because there are no elevators. The room we stayed in had mold behind the tub (the tub was not sealed so the wall behind was getting wet). The shower curtain was moldy. The AC unit was also very dirty & moldy. The bedding was stained & the bed was very uncomfortable. We could hear the TV in the next room & every door closing. When we went to use the laundry (which we had to pay for & for soap), the laundry room (open to the outside) was overcome by flying ants, mosquitoes, and beetles. It was nearly impossible to wash my clothes while constantly swatting away bugs & unsuccessfully trying to keep them out of the washer & dryer. I complained & when we came back the bugs were gone and the door was closed, but I have no idea why that wasn’t taken care of before we complained.
At the end of our stay, we wanted to forward our large suitcase full of souvenirs to our next hotel. They had us fill out the form, which seemed odd as at the other hotels in Japan, the staff would handle that for us. After filling out the paper, we asked how much it would be, which the staff member answered not to worry about it. We were skeptical, but left anyway. Only to find out he had sent it for “cash on arrival”. So the suitcase was not at our next hotel when we arrived.

The in-room dry sauna and deep tub for open air bathing was amazing. Nearby beaches are beautiful.
Outdoor swimming pool was only half full of two feet of warm, dirty water. Despite there being no mention of this on the booking website, in order to eat in the onsite restaurant you needed to have booked meals at the same time you booked the room. We had not done that and we’re forced to walk 30 minutes in extreme heat with our kids to get to the nearest restaurant. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach along a road with no sidewalks.
Location is great
The aircon is malfunctioning so we are awake the whole night
