Ein wenig verwohnt, hatte bessere Qualität erwartet

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Lage am Stadtpark sehr schön.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Auswahl an Speisen.

Cons:

Leider ist das Zimmer, Ausrichtung Uelzener Straße, doch relativ laut. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Das Waschbecken (Überlauf), Duschkopf und auch Fugen waren schmutzig. Die Toilettenbürste müsste dringend gewechselt werden. Im Schlafbereich blättert der Stoff (Kunstleder) von der Bettumrandung ab.
Im Treppenhaus Steig unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Untergeschoss.

Cons:

Die Heizung und Lüftung waren die ganze Zeit zu hören, obwohl die Heizung aus war. Nachts fand man dadurch schlecht in den Schlaf. 🥲

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Das einchecken war nicht so toll wegen der Uhrzeit.

2eme séjour sur route vers Kiel , accueil parfait , chambre confortable , restaurant agréable et plats corrects même si peu de choix , bon petit déjeuner .
Parking gratuit , abrité ( si on arrive tôt ) et ,aisé l’hôtel

Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Zimmer war super.
Die Lage ist ein bisschen ausserhalb von Lüneburg. Fußweg ca. eine halbe Stunde bis in die Innenstadt. Hier kann man durch einen schönen Park laufen. Leider ist dieser nicht komplett in der Nacht beleuchtet.

Lots of potential with little to show for it and bad value for money.
Pros:

Room nice and spacious, bed a bit soft but matter of taste. View from balcony into Kurpark lovely.

Cons:

Distance from city centre meant I hoped for a social area to relax with friends in the evening. But bar shut from 8.30pm and area could not be left open - for fear of theft?? - as not lockable away from bar. So we were asked to take last drinks either into garden or into our rooms. Weather in autumn not necessarily appropriate for evenings sitting out.
No restaurant facilities apart from breakfast - apparently short staffed.
