Pros:

Loved the location as it's close to everything.
We needed to be close to our family at a hard time so the location was essential

Cons:

We had stayed there many times and this time we got a smaller room that we could hear the generator through the night.
We also reported an issue with the television on Thursday,Friday and Saturday and nothing was done about it.
We just didn't feel welcome this time.

Excellent service, great location, has what you need and accomodating staff, a lovely place to stay
Pros:

It had a lovely little restaurant and gaming area with an area for live entertainment. Friendly staff that went out of their way to make sure you are happy and had what you needed. Close to shopping centre and take away shops. Our room was quiet even with live entertainment going down stairs. Great room service and offered a free drink voucher and complimentary breakfast packs due to being delayed with flights and getting in late. When I asked for a hair dryer prior to arrival they had placed it in our room for when we got there

Cons:

It could maybe use a bit more variety on the menu but it wasn’t a problem due to being close to everything

The stuff were very friendly in the food wase good

Cons:

The shower is licking badly all over the floore, the fan in the bathroom needs good cleaning, the hotel needs would paint job and fixing up.So it doesn't look run down

I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable clean stay close to many shops and restaurants
Pros:

Amazing staff and room was really clean with housekeeping every morning making sure our stay is going good and room cleaned daily if wanted room service was an amazing experience I had major back surgery and the hotel staff and the pub staff that are joined to it also helped bring things to my room

There’s nothing to not like it was an amazing experience
