restaurant staffs weren’t friendly, they seemed to be so …. serious, no smiles.
Receptionists staffs , especially ( white tall blonde hair wasn’t friendly and mean )
I left the hotel for 2 nights , came back from camping, the toilet wasn’t clean , countertops were still messy , 😩
I left behind my expensive hoodie at the room ( 100% sure ) i called back the hotel , they promised me they will check with house keeping then call and email me, but they never called
. I paid 275$ per night , not worth it Room has really cheap refrigerator, will destroy your fruits

The property and staff are great you need to decide if the price is value for money.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean room. Bed was great. Having the bistro from the pub was handy and there are lower cost Maccas etc near by.

Cons:

I may be out of touch but I was not expecting to pay $160 that was a discounted price for a motel at this location. So whilst the property and staff all seemed good - just didn’t feel it was good value for money because of the price.

am disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. There were many mosquitoes and other problems. Cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. I hope this will be resolved quickly.

Place could do with a clean up. Bathroom floor needs a scrub

The reception room for the Hotel was dirty. Floor even had a blue glove on the floor. First impression bad. Smoke butts every where infront of our room.

Our stay was great. We will definitely stay there again. Awesome staff and meals.

The rooms were great and clean. Facilities in the room met expectations.

Cons:

There was not much room in the bathroom for make up and toilet bags. Small inconvenience really.
