It is spacious and clean
Some ongoing construction
"Room service was unsatisfactory, and the available food options were very limited and did not meet international standards."
Lovely hotel in Karen, convenient location near Galleria and excellent staff. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a Sykes monkey hanging around!
They’re still doing some construction and expanding the space, I’m sure it will be even better in the future!
Room that was booked was not available on checking in so after some negotiation an alternative solution was found
the room was clean
The water heater didn’t work, I have requested to change to another room and they refused, having the hotel empty, the breakfast was ok but if you are a coffee lover, this is not your place.
The view from the window was a bunch of mops forgotten on the roof.
Great
Practical room with chairs and table. Wet room en-suite but no hot water unfortunately. Balcony was nice but “garden views” were actually a dusty field behind some trees over a road. Nice pool area and bar though dining experience was not overly comfortable.
Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Good pool and a nice restaurant next door.
A very bad experience
Safe hotel. The shows spigot sprays onto the bathroom floor getting the sink and toilet wet. Bad electrical lines as many outlets don't work.
The hotel is a shell of what it should be. We carried our own bags to the second floor room. Pretty cramped with only two power outlets both dedicated to the useless TV and satellite box that had no card. We used outlets to charge phones and tablet. Always good to have bed netting in East Africa but The set up around our bed did little to slow the bloodthirsty mosquitoes. In adequate. The bathroom had sink, toilet and shower. It also had smooth tile floors which are slippery, if not dangerous when wet. After two substandard breakfasts with cold toast we ate out the rest of our stay. Hard to miss the foul smell when walking past the garden to the hotel reception. What was that all about??
