the staff of this hotel is the friendliest staff we have encountered while in Vietnam, they really make you feel at home. Location is amazing, you can literally walk around everywhere in Hanoi. Would def. come back here if in Hanoi. Congrats again for the staff, especially the girl (don't remember her name) from Da Nang

Great location in old town, nice staff and very helpful. Place is more outdated than the photos but that is very normal for Vietnam so I would definitely recommend this place as it matched up pretty well!

Overbooked the first night . Placed me a lower hotel category for first night.

The worst hotel i have ever been too in my entire life, they overbooked or something and sent me too another hotel that was absolutely atrocious too, no window and noway out incase of a fire in this run down dump, i did not stay for even 1 night, book here at your peril, i stayed in a lot of nicer places in Vietnam, this was definitely not one of them

This is a nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi.
It is in reasonable walking distance to Train Street .
There are plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance and tour buses pick up nearby.
Thouroughly recommended.

Personnel charmant et de bon conseil

Central position in Old Quarter. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean comfortable rooms and very efficient taxi pick up and drop off at airport.

Visited with my son in July. Pick up from airport very good, staff all friendly and attentive, upgraded our room, hotel perfectly positioned in Old Quarter to explore the city. Would strongly recommend

The hotel is in great location, in the old quarter of Hanoi.
But the best is the hotel staff, from the concierge, front desk. Restaurant and cleaning staff, they are all professional and always greet you with a smile, and speak good English,
I stayed in a double room with a terrace, the room was excellent and the terrace was brilliant, it was well decorated and spotlessly clean, the bathroom area came with usual kit, with a great shower.
The breakfast catered for all, the coffee is a must. A great selection.
They offer tours which are great and at market value,
I really do recommend this hotel without exception. Why some site rate this hotel as 3 star I just don't why, this is definitely a 4* plus.
I will definitely come back here soon.

beds were comfy, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location was perfect. the breakfast was good with option of self serve and a small breakfast meal from a menu served.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room had a large, comfortable King bed, good air conditioning, WiFi and even a fridge in the room. This hotel had everything I needed and for the price, you can’t beat it.

Staying at this hotel was the perfect start of our trip in Vietnam. The staff was super friendly, helped us with a lot of practical stuff and arrangements on our first night in Vietnam. They helped us out (with a big smile) with everything we first thought we had to go into the city. They booked transportation, fixed a local sim card for us and much more. Besides the great staff, the room was great! Clean, spatious, everything we needed for a first good night of sleep after traveling. Big big thanks to Lilly and her team, we would for sure reccomend this hotel and we’ll be back in the future!
