Clean room and comfy beds but the attached pub ruined the stay due to noise, low staffing and appalling bistro food.
Pros:

It was clean and the shower was high pressure.

Cons:

The hotel’s bistro food was appalling, the bistro/bar was totally understaffed and service was terrible and the noise from the pub made sleeping before the midnight close near impossible.

The Pymble Hotel suits us as it's close to family, and we don't live in Sydney now.
Pros:

I asked for the breakfast box's to be brought up to our room, the manager said I'll bring them right up. However, it never arrived. I like the complimentary drink & the 10% discount on food. Overall, it is a very handy place & excellent location for a short stay. The water bottles in the fridge are good as well!

Cons:

The breakfast box's would have been useful to have something prior to getting on the road. I didn't ask again.

Pros:

Lovely decor, well appointed rooms, super friendly staff and large ensuite with excellent shower. Food in the restaurant was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do and fair pricing.

Cons:

The traffic noise on the Friday night was particularly bad, however Saturday night was absolutely fine. Ear plugs are provided in the room for this reason.

Challenging.
Pros:

The meals in the restaurant & Friendly staff.

Cons:

The stairs to the bedrooms , no lift . Parking is a problem. When you park in the main car park . You have to bring your luggage through the pub . This is a pub/ hotel with accommodation above the pub. It’s not a place for a person who is elderly.

Won't be back. Only for the food if the bistro is even opened again.
Pros:

That it was close to the activity we were part of

Cons:

The bistro was closed both nights. We have eaten there before and was looking forward to dining out there.
The tap in the bathroom was broken. One bedside lamp did not work.the towel rail was falling off the wall.
The so called window sound insulation did not work. Perspex covering the window didn't do its job.

The bed was very comfortable, almost perfect. The sheets and pillowcases were spotless and fresh. The hot water pressure was excellent. We also appreciated the earplugs provided on the bedside table and the complimentary bottled water in the fridge.

Cons:

There were numerous cockroaches in both the room and the bathroom when we arrived. The room also had an unpleasant, unexplained odor. The electric kettle felt sticky and did not appear to be properly cleaned.

Another downside was the window view. The window was completely blocked, making it impossible to see outside.

Comfortable stay and some of the bathrooms can be a bit squashy - but a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a really good location and the staff were very welcoming as per usual. Comfortable room and the complimentary water is an excellent touich.

Cons:

The shower was very small and squashy. There was no bench space on the bathroom sink either - so difficult to store your toiletries on the bench top. The disco was very noisy downstairs, but this can't be helped to some extent.
