Perfect for a short overnight stay.
Pros:

I grew up on the North Shore so I knew the location. I thought the word breakfast was a little misleading. A better description would be a breakfast pack, not the word breakfast. Staff were very helpful and dinner was delicious.

Cons:

Nothing really, except as previously stated , I thought the term breakfast was used rather loosely.

The attentiveness of the staff was amazing!! And I absolutely love the space in the bathroom and the shower head not to mention the shower cap as a little addition.

For me the mattress was too soft.

Pros:

Didtnt have breakfast as the coffee in the room was enough and there is a small refrigerator with water and milk.The lunch and dinner menu had a huge with range of well priced
dishes with roasts, backed fish and asian dishes I was impressed. I had an entree dinner and they kindly made up a wonderful side salad , the eatery seemed very popular with visitors. There was fireplace lit in the lounge area and lots of seating for dining.
There is double glazing on all windowsof the hotel .I would stay there again.Very nice atmosphere and people that worked there they were very helpful.
Good for single travellers .Very nice beds ,and bathrooms updated.

Pros:

Great pub hotel have stayed several times. Good restaurant and friendly staff. Always super clean.

Cons:

Sadly located in between a busy road and the railway there is a bit of traffic noise. Doesn't bother me though. Might wake a light sleeper.
Paint in bathroom starting to peel and rust around the door. Cheep paint job?
