beautiful room to stay, but over priced .
The property did not have any secure parking for motorcycles and made no effort to accommodate mine.
The room was clean with comfy beds, and on check in we were given two free drink vouchers to use at the restaurant/bar that was connected to the accommodation below. Bathroom was clean and very spacious. Great location being at the centre of Umina town and close to restaurants and major supermarket chain. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A plus with free onsite car park. Handy with the restaurant/bar downstairs - great food
Our room view wasn't as pleasant seeing rooftops of the building, but this did not bother us as we were out most of the time and only returned to sleep in the room.
Basic pub accom so you get what you get. Staff are great and pub is lively and fun.

We liked the location, it's central and near all the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
There was no lift so we had to carry our heavy luggage on the stairs.

From the moment I walked in and throughout the stay, the staff were excellent. The room was exceptional, you wouldn’t have thought it was a pub. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was great.
I like my showers with pressure. This was wasn’t too strong, but it wasn’t too bad either.
Perfect for an overnight stay. Room 2 was excellent. Room 11 the Family Room was good.
No lift. Not enough body wash, shampoo or conditioner.

Large room and bathroom all showing signs of good updates compared to the age of the building itself. Clean and tidy. Complementary water in the room fridge. Plenty of fast food, bakery, takeaway and dine-in options very nearby.
Had to park my motorbike in a public carpark near a bottle shop in the rain, which left me concerned if it would be there in the morning.
There was a bright streetlight right outside the window so needed to close the blinds fully, which then flapped and banged thru the night.

Location is spot on. All shops and facilities right on the doorstep. 2 minutes walk to the beach! Staff gave awesome service! Definitely recommend!!
