La ubicación es muy buena para poder ir a todas las zonas. La cama también es muy cómoda y te ponen dos tipos de almohada que están geniales. El desayuno, no tiene mucha variedad pero nos ha parecido más que suficiente y todo muy rico.
Falta ventilación natural en la habitación y la ducha aunque tiene buena presión, sale cada agujero para un lado y es difícil poder ducharte bien, ya que no tiene manguera y solo sale desde arriba.

My stay at Hotel Roma in Mexico City was a very disappointing experience. The first room I was given had been fumigated just a couple of days before, and the chemical smell was so strong it gave me a headache almost immediately. The window didn’t work, the room was very dark, and several utilities were not functioning properly. Even basic details like the shampoo bottle didn’t work, and the towels were frayed and in poor condition, giving the whole room a neglected and rundown feel.
After I complained, they moved me to another room, but unfortunately the issues continued. The electrical outlets didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone, and there was no shampoo or body soap provided at all. The overall condition of both rooms was very poor.
Manuel, the maintenance guy was very nice and tried to help as much as he could.
I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Excelente local para passar 1 noite, café da manhã ótimo também.
O quarto é pequeno, mas o custo benefício é ótimo, é organizado também, tem todo o necessário para uma viagem de negócios, casal. É bom. Serviço ótimo também. Valeu a pena ficar aí, a temática é legal também.

Ubicación, nos dieron desayuno, no sabíamos que lo incluía.
Hice mi reserva por booking y pagué. No sé porque motivo recibí un mensaje por WhatsApp de la supuesta gerente del hotel, diciendo que no había pasado mi tarjeta, e indicando un link para acceder. Me comuniqué al hotel directamente y desconocen tal mensaje. Lo único que me queda claro; es que la plataforma de booking es vulnerable.
Rooms were basic but very spacious and clean. Great breakfast and loved the roof terrace. Staff were lovely and very helpful with any queries we had. It's located in the Roma Norte area, so lots of food and shops nearby, feels very safe. It was also within a short walk for Lucha Libre at Arena Mexico.
One of the air con fans were broken during our stay but it's a very minor thing. The overall experience was great!

The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner but overall everything was nice! The AC worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and the location was superb!

Loud……people and staff in the hallway sounded like they were in the room with you. Street noise was excessive. Shower did not drain well.

The bed was too small. I'm 1.8 m tall. I have to sleep sideways and felt very Closter phobic. I had a panic attack the first night. I thought I was in a coffin.
