I liked that my kids and I could have separate but connected rooms. The rooms were very spacious. I enjoyed the hotel decor; it is very creative. Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. We also used the terrace space for doing some work.

Central location and friendly staff
Extremely noisy. Walls are very thin. Loud music playing in the communal areas makes the room sound like a nightclub sideroom which is ok during the day. But at night it’s a busy building and you can hear every person come up the stairs and everything they say
Rooms were also unclean and even for me who is used to cheap hostels and mountain shelters, they were basic and dark (no external light). Bits falling off the walls and clumps of hair on the floor. It’s basically a cheap hostel without the communal atmosphere and friendly vibe! Left 2 nights into a 4 night stay to get some sleep!

I booked in last min and everything was perfect. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Even though they provide a fan, it was perfect for me as the weather in the month of August was pretty chill. Location is perfect too
me gusto mucho el diseño del hotel, esta en una muy buena ubicacion y el desayuno esta muy rico, aunque sencillo esta muy padre.
me quede en la habitacion 112, la chapa en la puerta del baño tiene un pequeño desperfecto visual, que no afecta su uso pero si le quita cuidado en el detalle.
tampoco me gusto mucho el estilo de la cama porque para alguien alto puede ser un poco incomoda, entiendo que el diseño asi y los materiales tienen que ver con la imagen que estan dando, pero creo que tambien puede haber cosas bonitas y que sean funcionales.

The location was excellent, very accessible and many things to do in the area. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was amazing, the green chilaquiles were amazing!
There is no other sitting areas in the suite apart from the beds. It would help if there was a chair or two in the very spacious area that is available on the other side of the room. A small couch would also be amazing.

That the huge coffeemaker in the breakfast area was down 2-3 days and the hotel did not offer any coffee at all during those days. We need coffee in the mornings; more than food.
Me gustó la ubicación y que incluía desayuno que estaba muy rico y variado.
No me gustaron las camas ya que se dividían con una madera lo cual molestaba y las televisiones juntas no podíamos tenerlas al mismo tiempo prendidas el sillón en la entrada no me gustó el baño no me gustó que tuviera el lavado a un lado de la puerta ya que si alguien se esta arreglando tiene que pasar y mover a la persona que se esta arreglando la verdas ese concepto de habitación no me agrado mucho.
