Stylish boutique hotel in good location.
Pros:

Lounge and bar area, lovely room, happy to have nespresso available, and a delicious welcome cocktail.

Cons:

Only complaint that our room rug was very dirty with obvious stains

Wonderful hotel experience from start to finish
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city centre, beside a lovely street full of bakeries and fantastic restaurants. One of the biggest advantages is that it’s not on a hill, which makes it especially suitable for guests who may struggle with steep streets.

The room equipment was excellent, from complimentary water and a minibar to a speaker system, every detail in the hotel felt thoughtful and useful. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout our stay.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We even received welcome drinks at the bar, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.

Breakfast was fantastic as well, fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared, with really great coffee.

We also highly recommend the hotel bar. We originally planned to spend our evenings in the city centre, but the hotel bar was so cosy, with excellent coffee and drinks, that we ended up staying there every evening instead. They also have outdoor seating, which made the atmosphere even better.

Hotel con il suo stile, staff molto disponibile ma alcuni dettagli mi hanno lasciato un po’ di amaro in bocca

Perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect location. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. I was put on the 5th floor and loved the little balcony. Was also given a bottle of fizz as celebrating a big birthday.
The bar area and cocktails also really nice.

Cons:

Small thing but no box of tissues in the room and soap wasn't replenished.
