The hallways were black and dirty. The doors were scratched on the outside. The staff was not helpful. The rooms were tiny. The food was OK outside is extremely crowded. It is a big tourist area. I would recommend staying outside of the center of Lisbon.
Loved the hotel! It was centrally located and was a great boutique hotel. I highly recommend. The staff, especially in the bar area were super friendly.
Beautiful hotel in centrally located Lisbon, with added plus of being on flat part of town. Staff were extremely attentive and polite! Lots of shops nearby, easy to get to excellent restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. Would happily stay here again and again!!!
Excellent property, great location
Hotel location is excellent & very clean. The elevator & hallway to the rooms are very very dark. Didn't like that anyone can use the elevator wether a guest or not!
Do not book the smaller rooms they are beyond small. Nowhere to keep your suitcase.
Not sure if I'd stay here again due to that fact if we couldn't get a larger room.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Brown's Central! Like the name says, it's centrally located in the heart of Lisbon so if you don't like crowds and tourists, this may not be for you. The rooms are very modern and well-appointed, although I did struggle with the A/C, and my TV didn't work. The front desk quickly helped me with the former, and I ignored the latter. I asked for a quiet room, which might explain why I was at the very end of a long hallway in a TINY room with barely enough walking space around the bed and into the bathroom. Definitely not big enough for 2 people, but fine for me. The staff were lovely, the restaurant and bar were very popular, the food was tasty. I would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful location with lots of great restaurants and bars
Very quiet and we had to stay closer to airport since we stayed at beach for 8 days. Absolutely loved it. Decor and bedding was so comfortable

They have a great bar/lounge area. Really in the heart of old Lisbon so it is very walkable, lots of restaurants, cafes etc around. Staff was helpful. Room was a bit small, no view but clean and quiet!
Incredible in lots of ways. Location and little touches
Really nice location and ambiance. Very tastefully designed and decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive and had a good cooked selection for vegetarians as well. Would return if coming to Lisbon.

Beautiful Boutique hotel in Baixa. Located near many sites and easy uber pick up on the corner if needed. Our suite was gorgeous and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
The bar served up yummy cocktails and the buffet breakfast on our last morning had many nice choices.
Everything was very good but my room lacked a table - perhaps I should book a bigger room though?
