דבר אחד קטן, אך משמעותי הפריע: מעצוור לדלת כניסה לחדר שבולט מעך הרצפה היווה מכשול וגרם לחבלות ברגל: זהו דבר שלא בולט לעיין וכמעט בכל פעם שניגשנו לעמדת הקפה קיבלנו מכה כואבת מאד בכף הרג. כדאי למצוא פיתרון לדבר זה.

A lovely room and a warm welcome let down by rude, inattentive check-out service.
Pros:

The check-in team were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and really helpful in talking me through the hotel's facilities. I was offered a drink while my room was being prepared, and once ready, it was a lovely, well-appointed room, ideal for a short stay in a great central Lisbon location.

Cons:

Two very minor points: the bathroom door, when open, blocked off part of the room near the basin (might work better hinged the other way), and the soap dish was a bit slippery with little room for toiletries. My main issue was check-out: the receptionist was rude, cutting me off repeatedly while I volunteered details of my mini bar items and room tab charges (there were no other guests around, so he wasn't rushed off his feet), and starting a separate conversation with a colleague before we'd finished. He didn't ask how my stay had been or show any interest in it, and there was no proper thank you or goodbye. Given the character of the hotel and the price of the room, I'd expected rather more than that.
