Pros:

We could walk to dinner and breakfast easily

Cons:

We were put in a room near a night club and pub. The pub had live music until midnight and the club until 3pm. The pool was too cold to swim in.

Pros:

Location great, food delicious at Moss on Wood, staff super happy & helpful! Shower was really good, clean.

Cons:

Beds were too small and old and hard. Kept rolling onto floor during the night. I am 70 yrs old. Staff told us we could have changed rooms. There are refurbishing.
View was of air cons and roof car parks.

Better all in all motels on Nebo Rd.

The staff where amazing.

Cons:

practically everything in the room is outdated & or broken/out of order like dishwasher for e.g.. I got the "Deluxe" spa suite & it was disgraceful. 2 old burn marks etched on the base of the spa so the body naturally can feel them with every movement, no exhaust fans or heat ligh/ts instt bathroom, couldnt even crack the windows but the +salightest for some fresh air, air conditioning was stuck on "Optimal" so it would constantly cut in cut off cut in cut off there should also be another lift down at the Wood St end for the people with a bigger mob & elderly that cant & wo t get them to be moving like that lastly i was under the impression there was 2 actual beds but the fold out sofa was no drama at all... besides the mattress being almost non existent.

Pros:

Not a deal breaker but softer pillows would be a preference. Not everyone likes a firm pillow due to that woke up with a sore and stiff neck

Very dated for the price you pay
Pros:

Staff were great and it is a very handy location

Cons:

the rooms are looking very tired. My room had a big tear in the carpet and on the balcony there was grass growing through the tiles as well as many broken tiles along it

Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

Place was undergoing renovations with noise and dust during the day and patches and holes in the walls etc.
Looked really shabby.
I was charge a lot to extend my stay by 1 night
Some Front of house staff were not friendly at all
