Very dated for the price you pay
Pros:

Staff were great and it is a very handy location

Cons:

the rooms are looking very tired. My room had a big tear in the carpet and on the balcony there was grass growing through the tiles as well as many broken tiles along it

Probably will not stay again
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

Place was undergoing renovations with noise and dust during the day and patches and holes in the walls etc.
Looked really shabby.
I was charge a lot to extend my stay by 1 night
Some Front of house staff were not friendly at all

Great location, value for money, spacious rooms & is a great place to stay for short or long stays.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious & well presented. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms are well equipped for longer stays. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to some great cafes & restaurants & a really short drive to Caneland Central. We had a room with a big balcony which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The beds were a little too hard for our liking but that's just personal preference.

Terrible hotel. Condition is worse than a basic motel.
Pros:

Good location and room is spacious.

Cons:

Sofa chair is torn, No bedside lamps! No bedhead. Stained & old carpet and poor workmanship. Gap between carpet and wall. Bedroom door does not close properly Walls on hotel corridors are partly being repaired and painted. I did not see any progress on the painting job during my 3 days stay.

My stay was great I had a very spacious room and the hotel was in the perfect location for me, the hotel staff were kind
Pros:

Amazing value for money, check out is a little later than most hotels so that’s really good too

Cons:

My only issue was my toilet in my room was having problems flushing, but I was only staying overnight so I put up with it and let the staff know on checkout.

Pros:

The entrance was appealing there was a restaurant on site so very convenient the staff were friendly and helpful the room service dinner was very good and large portion. Parking was easy and free

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was very bland no warmth at all no cushions on the bed or settee which was torn and had paint marks on no homewares or art work on the walls the door leading into the bedroom was swollen so wouldn't close. No blanket in the wardrobe for extra comfort. I think this room could do with some love. The size of the room was fine no furniture on the balcony not even a chair bit disappointed.
