La camera è molto ampia
La mia permanenza qui è stata talmente deludente che ho lasciato la struttura con 4 notti di anticipo. Nonostante l'appartenenza al gruppo Kantary, gli standard sono inaccettabili:
Jacuzzi chiuse e lo staff non ne era informato.
Piscina senza assistenza, solarium con lettini sporchi
Scale comuni piene di polvere e capelli, mai pulite.
Colazione non rifornita: chi arriva tardi trova solo gli avanzi.
Camera non pulita fino al primo pomeriggio (oltre le 15:30).
Il colmo? Dopo la mia lamentela, la direzione ha infilato una lettera di scuse sotto la porta, promettendomi una cena per migliorare il soggiorno. Ma nello stesso giorno, la camera era ancora sporca a metà pomeriggio. Hanno preferito offrire un regalo piuttosto che risolvere i problemi di base. Un gesto ipocrita che dimostra come siano preoccupati solo delle recensioni, non del servizio.
Consiglio: evitatelo. Se cercate relax, pulizia e servizi funzionanti, questo posto vi deluderà. Il nome Kantary qui non garantisce nulla.

De stad Rayong zelf is niet bijzonder
La piscine et la salle de sport sont grandes et bien équipées.
Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être de meilleure qualité.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez mauvais: en bordure d'une route très fréquentée et bruyante.

Un hôtel un peu ancien avec de grandes chambres, un peu datées certes, mais qui ont bien plus de charme que les chambres standardisées des grandes chaînes mondialisées.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien : j'ai apprécié les œufs cuits à la demande, 2 types de bacon, la soupe au miso, de la papaye...
J'ai failli l'oublier car cela est la règle dans les hôtels que je fréquente : le personnel est efficace et agréable.
Et pour couronner le tout j'avais droit à 2 boissons gratuites (bière pression ou boisson sans alcool), dont j'ai pu profiter le soir au sky bar animé par un petit orchestre.
Die Ferienwohnung hatte zwar etwas "Schlauchcharakter", war aber insgesamt sehr groß. Vollausgestattete Küche, ein großer Kühlschrank, zig Lichtquellen und jede Menge andere Ausstattung.
Obwohl hier kaum Europäer (zum Besuchszeitpunkt) zu sehen sind, gab es Rosinenstuten zum klimatisierten Frühstück, außergewöhnlich.
Der Pool in der 8. Etage ist sehr schön!
Für Ende der 90er wäre die Ausstattung Spitzenklasse gewesen. DVD-Player, eine Musikanlage mit CD-Player. Allerdings wie das gepflegte Mobiliar etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.
Die stickigen Gänge im Haus haben etwas von einer Kaserne.
Teetrinker werden beim Frühstück separiert von den Kaffeetrinkern mit einer Kanne fertig aufgegossenem Tee, der auch auf Dauer seine Beutel behält und nur warm gehalten wird. Das lässt sich besser lösen!
Zum in Rayong favorisierten Strand ist es ziemlich weit, Restaurants sind noch fussläufig erreichbar

Our room was lovely and spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed.
It was super clean and room service was great. Towels smelled fresh and the room was clean and tidy. I also liked the poll area. The pool itself is great and from 1 to 3,5 m . The Jacuzzi although has some signs of age, but is very clean and all works nice.
The food was different from our last stay. At 8 am there was very little left and some products like fish were from the day before. The salad stand and pastry was nice and fresh.

It was absolutely adorable. Please fantastically clean and tidy. For long time i was not I please where you have everywhere expensive furniture and classy interiors . For me the bast place on Thailand so far. Oh and the pool area extremely clean , just go on check. Real pleasure . Breakfast with big variety and very tasty and healthy.
