Pros:

旧市街に近くナイトマーケットなど買い物にはとても便利。またホアンキエム湖にも近いので早起きしてお散歩するとローカルな雰囲気を味わえます。この立地でのコスパも最高。何よりホテルスタッフが親切でとても助かりました。

A bit run down but comfortable and prime location
Pros:

The location of the Parklane is amazing, right near everything in Old Town while still being quite. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was nice. The hotel could use some updates to furniture, repainting of walls, scrubbing of showers, etc. but overall we enjoyed our stay here and for the price it was definitely a pleasant experience.

Great small hotel for the money
Pros:

Small hotel in old quarter. Rooms were basic but clean, breakfast was simple but good.
The staff were excellent, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
