Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. We had an issue with the TV and they came and fixed it right away!

Pros:

My husband was having knee replacement at crystal clinic. This hotel was a mile from the hospital. We arrived the night before surgery. I stayed there as they kept my husband overnight Everyone was so helpful and every morning and evening they would ask me how he was doing. Very friendly and helpful.

This was a nice room. The staff was wonderful. Our shower door didn't close all the way, so the bath mat was SOAKED after each shower. I was pretty sure I clicked on the choice to have our room cleaned every two days. We were there six and it was not cleaned while we were there. There was someone who offered clean towels, thank goodness.

Staff service was excellent. Nick and Natalie went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had gone to Akron for surgery and they were exceptionally Good, kind and caring.

Dirty. Room needed a significant deep clean to match other Residence Inns I’ve stayed at previously. 5-6 small bugs found. Spiders in corners of rooms in cobwebs obviously weeks old. Staff wasn’t great upon check in and demanded to see the receipt from hotels.com. In the 500+ nights in the last 5 years booked from hotels.com I’ve never once been asked for proof of a receipt from anywhere in the County. Pool was dirty. Only redeeming thing here was the breakfast was decent and the gal who ran it obviously had pride in what she was doing.

We stayed here for a night on a road trip. Location is right off the highway and super convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as we were arriving late. Room was spacious and comfortable. Just what we needed for the night.

Pros:

The shower was leaking out from underneath in the corner with lots of water on the floor, found people’s socks left in the room, cabinets were filthy, nail clippings on the bathroom floor next to the toilet. Floor sticky.
