Location was great

Nice pool and hot tub. Seemed clean and well Maintained and long hours. Staff always greeted you. Rooms spacious and super clean. Nice breakfast.

I don't normally write reviews, but I must for this hotel. We travel a lot, and I can confidently say this hotel has the BEST service or any hotel I've ever stayed at! Every single member of the staff was super friendly and personable. Natalie, the assistant manager, went out of her way to ensure we had an EXCEPTIONAL stay and even coordinated a shuttle to our family wedding without being asked to do so. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was delicious & had a variety of options, and the outdoor fire pit was a fun place to gather. We had family members from 2 years old to 80 and all had a great experience. Quiet and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Good choices and the food was good.

We were in town for 5 days for the State Baseball tourney. We had roughly 12 rooms for all of our families. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool area and workout room were very nice as well. Pets welcome was a perk for one of our families. The breakfast was good and plentiful and we really enjoyed the outdoor area; we used the grill as well as the firepit.

Natalie and her staff made sure our stay was OVER THE TOP. We were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. Anything we needed it was taken care of. She and her team were so great to us and our boys. She was constantly asking how our games were, and she even provided the boys with some treats throughout the weekend: smores, ice cream cake and well as a charcuterie board. We really felt like family when we left.
Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Had a studio king on 4th floor- perfect size for one or 2 adults
Good:
-Very clean
-New decor
-Staff provides Ritz level service
-Breakfast has healthy options and non fat milk
-Comfortable bed
-Good shower
-Plenty of space
Safe neighborhood
-Room is dark and quiet at night for good sleep
-Had a shower cap on request
Bad:
-Wish there was a make-up mirror ( shelf next to vanity is a good height if you bring a lighted compact
-43 north soap and shampoo ( smells like inexpensive men’s cologne not like real eucalyptus/lavender ( not a fan of artificial scents , bought alternative soap / lotion )

It’s a fine property, very typical Residence Inn, nothing special.

Everyone was so incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and we were lucky to get a room right by the pool, my son was especially happy about that.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Fairlawn twice in March. We found the service outstanding. On our second visit, the front desk staff welcomed us back and remembered us. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Nice thick towels. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. It was not the usual hotel breakfast. The breakfast team provided a great variety. Belgium waffles, frittatas, croissant breakfast sandwiches. One morning awesome potatoes too. Too much great food to mention. We met the General Manager, Tamala. We complimented her on her awesome team. Every employee we encountered always had a friendly greeting! The staff felt like family. Our second stay was 5 nights. My husband had surgery close by and I was alone 2 of the nights. The staff was so supportive, like family! Always asking how my husband was doing in the hospital. The customer service was like a 5 star Caribbean resort!

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the variety. Taste and temperature of the food and coffee was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The microwave door wouldn't open due to improper installation, but that wasn't a big deal, as we seldom used it.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable and great looking. The staff was extremely nice and really helped a lot with a payment issue I was having.

Top notch customer service by everyone!!! After a very long day of travel I was over the moon happy with my choice to stay here. I'll be honest I pay attention to things and just like most I expect good customer service. This hotel doesn't have good customer service, it's EXCEPTIONAL!! The rooms are clean and comfortable. I loved the complimentary breakfast. Lots of option. Even my picky boys were satisfied and trust me thats a hard thing to do. I love the little kitchen that is stocked with everything you need. The hotel is quiet and easy to get to and easy to get back onto the highway to continue our drive. The bed is very comfortable and I got a much need great night of sleep. Thank you for everything and thank you for caring about us and why we are traveling. They truely care about each guest and why they are traveling. If you have the chance you need to stay here. You won't be sorry. The one thing I am sorry for is that I didn't get the names of the staff. The gentleman who checked me in was beyond sweet. The lady at the desk this morning has such a warm genuine smile. Thank you thank you thank you
