Clean and comfortable; on the fancier side for country towns
Pros:

Modern and comfortable, excellent WIFI for working, nice toiletries. Room was small but met all our expectations, in fact was fancier than we expected - had a greay stay.

Cons:

Only suggestion would be to make the desks higher in the rooms - they are too low.

Great location, lovely staff, very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were lovely, location couldn’t be better, very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Room was quite snug and we could hear the water running quite loudly when people in the building used water.

It is a nice clean looking hotel

Cons:

No family rooms so had to book 2 rooms. On arrival into our room was hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Turned the aircon on hoping it would filter out the smell. Left for sons basketball game and on return smell was just as bad. No one at the reception so found a staff member in the sports bar. Only solution was to spray air freshener as they were completely booked out so they left the can in our room to keep masking the smell. I emailed the following day requesting compensation of some kind and have not yet had a reply at all.
